I could not find the store on the locator and they have wasted moreover my time. Make the app easier if you really want to know about a guest experience.

Reviewing the location due to the consistency of bad experiences, I’ve had here and every other customer I interact with they consistently get my order wrong. I’ve never once got sauce today I had somebody else have their hands in my bag of food I asked for a replacement they defended it even though I recorded it. I’ve recorded my whole interaction in this McDonald’s due to the horrible horrible inconveniences I’ve seen once they remade my order. They made me wait over 35 minutes and made my order sit and get cold. I just can’t believe it’s simply McDonald’s. It shouldn’t be this bad and they shouldn’t be this rude and I am never negative in a McDonald’s establishment because it’s hard workers but this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been.

I came to visit this McDonalds location on 11/24 around 8:30pm. I used points to order a happy meal and along with that purchased two large half and half’s. When I sent my son to pick up the order inside the location locked their doors for unknown reasons. I never got my order nor a refund or return of the points used. I have contacted McDonalds customer service to no avail and although they advised they reached out to the location I have yet to get a follow up. We are talking points which should be easily resolved and a small refund of $4.22. At the end of the day it’s morals and principles. If the order was not completed the points and debit transaction should not have been processed. I am completing the paperwork for my debit card return which I shouldn’t have to got through the extra steps to do, however, I still feel my points used for the happy meal I never received should be returned to me. It’s sad how these businesses work overtime to get over on consumers and pocket millions a year because of it but I won’t allow myself to contribute to that.

i really like this McDonald’s compared to others in the area. it’s clean the food is fresh and the staff are friendly. I like that’s it’s a smaller restaurant. and usually there is plenty of parking spots.

Placed a drive thru order prior to arriving, it took an hour and 6 wrong food bags to get my food (still forgot a large fry with the “correct” bag) because they gave my food to the wrong person. Took my phone in to read off the online receipt while remaking the order for 15-20 minutes extra. Gave me the wrong sauces as well.

This McDonald’s is so raggedy and has been for literally the last five years. There is a huge problem here with management with staff. I am lost for words.
On today’s episode, I show up to order a large drink. There is a huge monopoly. You could win big sign hanging on the restaurant tall sign advertising to the whole road of people driving by but when you order a drink, that’s the size that is required to receive a monopoly ticket. They are giving out Muk Café cups with no stickers and then telling people that monopoly has ended. this is ridiculous. Not to mention. I absolutely hate coming to this McDonald’s and have for the last five years they always give out old food. Their customer service is garbage.

I’ve dealt with many issues with employees here. From sexist comments telling me to “go get my husband” to handle an issue. To employees taking 30 minutes to make a basic order when theyre not busy and then laughing about customers behind the window as if we cant hear them. then when you confront them, they throw food at you and slam doors in your face. excuse me? and this was a MANAGER.

I had to change my review. My last visit was terrible to the point of never go again . But my son wanted breakfast and it’s been awhile sense we entered this location 1st off the inside is redesigned or remodeled it is in our opinion more functional and open in a better way . More friendly faces and polite employees thumbs up to management and current employees. Hospitality is not as abundant or a given as my down south experience but this store is improving and has improved very much I will visit here more often when I’m around ‘s up keep up the good work
