Shisha/hookah is traditional, good flavour. Lovely friendly staff.

When you get a sandwich here it is a big commitment. So much sandwich it might not fit in your mouth. Bring a big mouth. The space is really cool as well with lots of seating.

Tried their Woodside Wildcat and it was incredible — the Dutch roll was spot on, and the chicken was unbelievably tender and juicy. I do wish they added a bit more of their signature sauce for that extra touch of sweetness, but overall the flavors were fantastic. Can’t wait to try the pastrami next time!

Visited The Sandwich Spot with friends and family a couple weeks ago and had a great experience. We originally stopped by for beer and hookah, but ended up trying their sandwiches—and they were delicious. The staff was super friendly and attentive, which made the visit even better. Love this place!! Stopped by on a Wednesday evening. It’s a whole vibe!! And the sandwiches are bomb.com! My faves are the Manwich and the The OMGGGG!! Yummmm! They got hookah too AND karaoke! Good food, good times and great service! Definitely be coming back to try more sandwiches. This IS the spot!!

Can’t say I remember what it was – receipt says “The Dray Magic” lol. Made it a combo w Cajun FF which are air fried but great
FF came out first which I was fine with. If you like dipping FF you may need another sauce or two
The sandwich was hot & fresh & surprisingly I couldn’t finish it in one sitting.
The bread on top was air fried to a crisp tho so much like some good capn crunch the roof of my mouth was tore up but I enjoyed it.
Maybe pull some of the crispier parts off like I did toward the end (and eat em like chips lol) but maybe some butter on the bread would help. Not sure if it was buttered and then air fried but something to consider.
May matter what bread you choose too.

When you just REALLY want a sandwich and you don’t know what kind, there’s no better place to go.
I came from out of town for work and found myself craving a sandwich. The photos they shared sold them to myself and my crew.
We were blown away.
As tourists, we held up the line more than intended and felt terrible but were greeted with nothing but help and smiles from all the staff. It’s hard to choose because everything ends up sounding delicious, and I really don’t think there’s a wrong choice to be had.
This is our spot when we’re working in Redwood City from this point on and you should absolutely give them a try.

What a fun place. We’ve been here for lunch and night time when it turns into a lively party.
Sandwich: we got #33 Bob and Vivian hot sandwich with pepperoni ham bacon cream cheese honey mustard. This was a recommendation from the cashier and we initially thought it would be too much, but glad we listened. It was delicious! The bread was perfectly crisp and slightly sweet. The balance of meats and different sauces went well together.
They have craft beer and a full bar. We came during lunch and it was already getting crowded. Good vibes and service!

1st time visiting the sandwich spot. The sandwiches are made with perfection. And the friendly atmosphere made me want to stay and enjoy the hookah. The drinks were very generous as well. I will be back again soon
