Our service was good, very polite, and nice but the cashier that had helped us smelt like alcohol as she was talking to us. She is a really nice older lady that has helped us before and this isn’t the first time we smelt it. We enjoy coming here but what we don’t enjoy is having someone serve us that smells like alc.

Ordering was fine. But when we received our burgers they were slathered with mustard. My husband tolerates some mustard but had to scrape it off. It was too much. I’ve never had a burger that way any place. Just wasn’t good. Ordered 2 concrete ice cream cups. Got them with our burger but mine was runny with brownie chunks stuck to bottom of cup. Just my first time with this chain but probably my last.

Want to warn others. Dirty tables, floors, counter tops. The windows and doors and the parking lot should’ve given us a clue.
Filthy restroom with no paper towels, over flowing trash.
Kitchen area was a wreck.
Can’t imagine how they’d pass a health department inspection.
Rude person took our order. Employees seemed miserable. We did not enjoy the overpriced, barely warm, greasy food at all.
This is one of the worst places we’ve been in. Will not return.

Not a good value for price. Single sandwiches/burgers alone around $10, combo 12-13.00. Really not worth going out for. Burger is so small, edges are just fried fat, no burger there.
Tried to reach out through website, no response. Tried to use a free combo meal card but wasn’t honored as apparently has a use within 60 days printed very small at bottom. This was from a previous problem my kid had and was given this card. So, 0 for 3 with this store.

Food is great like always never had any problems until tonight. We arrived at 9:58pm and we knew they closed at 11 well lady rolled her eyes at us once we walked in and she told us sorry we are about to close and I asked are you no longer open till 11 she said yes but since it is slow we will close early and asked us will we be dining in I said yes and she said well please don’t get anything dirty because we are preclosing um ok I told her so after we ordered my kids and I were headed to bathroom and she told us sorry but the restrooms are closed, are you serious I told her, we need to wash our hands and she said fine I will let it slip this time but only wash your hands. Like wooooow what if we really needed to use toilet. We work restaurants as well and no way will we ever tell a customer anything like that, it’s because of customers we get a paycheck. I understand if were walking in when its like 5 mins to closing I would understand her but an hour to closing we were there for about 20 mins. Horrible customer service for sure. She even swept right next to us to rush us. We didn’t ask for her name nor did we ask to speak to her manager, but we don’t think we will be visiting this location again.

The food was good as always, unfortunately as my group walked in the lady (I believe her name was Christy) at the counter made a disgusted face and based on that it seemed like she was bothered that she even had to take our order. We were all kind when ordering but I feel that the customer service is something that could be worked on. A different lady ended up taking all of our orders and she also seemed as if we were being obnoxious. We made sure to move the tables back that we moved together as well as clean off our table. We all said please and thank you and i don’t think it is a huge ask for a simple you’re welcome. Customer service is a huge part of any job and it really does go along way.

Freddie’s food is absolutely amazing!!! Steak burgers are the way to go without a doubt!!! Wish we had one of these in Moab, Utah! Oh, and the shoestring French fries were cooked to perfection. Staff was courteous and quick with our order. Establishment was very clean, including the restrooms. I would recommend Freddy’s to family, friends and anyone passing through on vacation or traveling!! Enjoy people
