First visit was late October 2025. I used the app to order and asked for table service. The order was done and delivered quickly to our table within 5 minutes. The food was fresh and hot. We ordered breakfast. The place looked clean and well kept. There is a children’s play area.

Simply for two weeks they shut down the air-conditioning in the lobby. Exceeds 85 degrees. Same period the two ice machines in the lobby have have been disconnected
This was a repeat to the last years spring break. Important to share your frustration with management . Quality product but nick and but timings the atmosphere..Only fast food establishment in the area practicing this way to cut costs.

We’ve been to many McDonald’s restaurants. This one, on Bee Ridge Road is one of the best. Food served hot. I’m particular about the Fries. These were Perfect! Customized some items, food and drinks exactly as we requested. Friendly, fast service.

You must order from a faceless kiosk, have to ask for refills and so on. This is such a personless experience and it’s horrible. Bring back the McDonalds with interaction and smiles. I’m sick of this.

I order a hot honey bacon mccrispy meal. The drive thru woman hands me the back I say thank you see says nothing. I look in the bag no fries let her know. she grabs the bag hands me it back with half full fries. When I get to my daughters school wrong sandwich. The hot honey mccrispy was drenched with the sauce. Looks like they just threw it together. Bad service and crazy food today

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I ordered a spicy deluxe sandwich and they first didn’t want to give us anything but our drink in the drive through than when they did it was a regular sandwich. So I go in they take my receipt and the regular sandwich and argue with me about it and been waiting 20 minutes for my spicy deluxe sandwich and they aren’t giving me my food. I had to make a scene again

Absolutely garbage service from this establishment!!! Will never go here again. I had a door dash delivery tonight and while I was there I figured I would get some food as well…. No big deal right? That’s where I was wrong. I ordered my food and proceeded to window number 1, first red flag that I encountered was the girl was on the phone taking a personal call with the other lady on speaker. I hand her the money she proceeds to throw the receipt at me. Fine no big deal I’ve had worse. I collect myself and go onto window number 2. The tall skinny kid obviously doesn’t seem to have the best attitude with a headphone in his ear. I’m polite and patient I collect my food and then try to let him know that I also have a order as well for delivery… I didn’t even get a chance for the words to completely come out of my mouth before he shut the window in my face and walked away. Absolutely disgusting behavior! Never again will I ever come back.

Worst part is this is taking more than 10-15 minutes…
Yes, just 1 car ahead of me, but upon receiving my cup it wasn’t even completely filled.

Lol Not even a Hello in Drive-Thru or Welcome . We get a “Uber Eats or Door Dash?” I respond with ” An actual paying customer who isn’t fat or lazy. May I trouble you for a large cup of ice?”

If I could give this place a negative, I would do so. Altercation with manager because his didn’t like the fact that my son was taking pictures of the exterior of the building. Prior to getting lunch 9which we did not get) – as I walked out to get a sweater due to uncomfortab;e temperature, a heavy set manager approached and bullied my boy as he waited for me to return into the store. He had a “Holier than thou” attitude and when I told him that my boy liked the retro look of teh store, he basically said “I don’t care, you need to leave”. I said that we’d leave and we’ll take pictures from teh outside which he said we couldn’t do that…….we were off teh property and proceeded to let my son take the pictures he wanted. Extremely poor management and customer communications………There’s a reason that they have such a low Google rating. Sorry pal, you are a McDonalds manager, and that’s all you’ll ever be,.

I ordered 4pc chicken strips, and only stopped at this location because it’s so close to Crunch Fitness. Anyway, the chicken was dry as if under a warming lamp for far too long. If I hadn’t been so exhausted I would’ve taken it back
