Really disappointed with my recent orders. Everything was dry, cold, and tasted old, even the fries. I ended up throwing the whole meal out. It still took over 30 minutes, and the food came out sloppy and wrong. I ordered Blazing Knockout but got a completely different, sweeter, milder sauce. The wing sauce is inconsistent too, sometimes there’s barely any. Employees shouldn’t be guessing; the wings should be coated the same every time. I wasted $67. I love the food and flavors, but the way things are handled is disappointing. Effort equals quality, and quality keeps customers happy. BWW, please do better.

Ate here about 3 months ago. It was really good. We really didn’t know what we were doing but the nice young lady working knew her stuff. She made our experience worth the stop. Yes she got a good tip. I would stop here again. I would tell people to stop here. Excellent place. Loved the heat.

I ordered through Uber Eats so I honestly didn’t expect the food to be piping hot. But it did seem colder than usual and I’m 10 mins away from the restaurant. I ordered the 20 boneless wings deal and only got 19. The boneless wings were literally kids chicken nugget size. I could have just bought them from the grocery store and added my own sauce. And the seasoning for the lemon pepper and parmesan garlic was barely noticeable. I would say I would just stick to the mushroom Swiss burger but that isn’t really good any more and it’s smaller.

FINALLY! Our food and service were excellent. The past 4 times at a Buffalo Wild Wings have been AWFUL. Premade wings served in 2 mins from heat lamps. (obviously) We travel the USA and swore we’d never go to another. I was craving the salt and vinegar rub and we were passing this location daily. Ashley was fantastic. Great, fast, personal service. Delicious, fresh hot wings. YAAY. When you order food that is in their name, it needs to be good!!!!

This if the worst Buffalo Wild Wings there is. I have picked up may doordashes from her and have eaten in a few times. Service and the cooks are the slowest workers ive seen. At the carry out desk there is never anyone there and takes them at least 10 mins to get someone. Today there was all of 4 groups eating in and just my carry out took close to 20 mins. Once when I ate in it took 45 mins for our food and it wasn’t busy then either and the burger we ordered was raw inside. Avoid this place! Updated came in to pick up a doordash and there were 5 people inside eating was told the order would be ready in 10 mins now its been 22 mins and im leaving without the order. Worst restaurant ever.

Terrible service. Very long wait. Apps came out after I had finished a 15 piece boneless wing and eat very slow. As a bonus I also ordered sweet BBQ wings and received honey BBQ wings even after I clarified to the waitress two times that I wanted sweet BBQ. After I had finish my meal and then the apps came out the waitress took my friends fork.

me and my mans went out for dinner and the first thing, we had about a 5 minute wait just waiting for a table. finally someone acknowledged us and found a seat for us. not to mention, when we got to the table, it was dirty and had crumbs. okay no biggy 🙂 we just gently wiped it off and continued with our night!
we were met with our server who was very nice and kind. did our order perfectly and made sure to rely information back to us making sure it was accurate.
while we sit and wait, i’m looking around at the restaurant and i can’t help but think, there’s a really weird smell, and there was just a garbage can just sitting out next to us. my boyfriend had to get up and move it for us… the floors were filthy full of food and garbage, someone was yelling across the restaurant to tell people to find a spot. it’s just a little unprofessional.
the atmosphere is nice tho, if kept up a little better; the place is nice to bring a date or your buddies 🙂 the food was great overall. we both got the Dinner for 2, 10 boneless and fries :). I’d come and eat again, but I do think these things could be improved to really make the experience better 🙂

apparently, the manager loves the volume so loud you can’t talk to anyone at your table. We tried to go in there to eat. It was so loud and they’re literally playing commercials during basketball games at such volume I could not hear the waitress asking me my order. I asked her about it, and she said the manager has chosen the volume.. It was literally painful. Just a miserable experience. Love the food so it really sucks the volume is so horrible.

Ordered our food for takeout at 6:30.. said it would be ready after 7:10. Completely fine.
We waited over an hour with multiple other people and decided to asked to speak to a manager. Was neglected to speak to a manager and was told I can go ask for a refund. However not even sure I actually received one. A receipt printed out with nothing about a refund on it. Horrible service and really disappointed at the amount of excuses the staff used: was told 45+ minutes was normal to wait for food.. it is NOT.
