I’m honestly very disappointed with this Dunkin’ location. Every time I order a medium coffee, it’s barely filled — it looks more like I paid for a small. The cup is noticeably underfilled, and with how much coffee prices have gone up, the least customers should get is a full cup.
Paying more and getting less is frustrating. It’s especially noticeable that when staff prepare drinks for themselves, those cups are filled properly. As a regular customer, this feels unfair and disrespectful.
I really hope management addresses this issue, because experiences like this make me reconsider coming back

I have been coming to this dunkin for a few years now and don’t get me wrong the drinks and food are always good. I have noticed that within the past month the drive thru has gotten slow. they used to be fast but it’s not anymore. i recently came to this dunkin and heard a worker say they were going to suspend a worker over a cracked card reader. not only that but they were gonna have her pay it out of pocket. So this company that makes so much money wants a little girl to pay for something that she accidentally broke. as a company you should be ashamed. just plain corporate greed. the management for this dunkin needs to do better.

Wish I could post a photo of the bacon they thought was suitable for consumption. You think an establishment could find a fine medium between serving soggy, uncooked, bacon or overcooked, black crunchy bacon but this is gotta be the most inconsistent Dunkin ever. The bacon, I was served this morning has a layer of grease on each side of the bacon and it is scorched. Quality control here at this Dunkin is severely undermined. They do not care. I Was reminded this morning why I literally drive miles past this one on Palm Beach to go to the other one out of my way. Corporate needs to set a match to this location.

Went through the drive-thru on a Saturday morning, ordered a frozen coffee (keep in mind, COFFEE). Approached the window and got handed a cup of cream that was blended with ice. There were zero signs of it containing coffee.
My husband walked inside to politely ask them if they can remake it. Then, he was handed a frozen coffee but was barely blended. Huge chunks of ice and impossible to sip through the straw. We almost debated on going to the other Dunkin’ location down the road but my husband went inside for the 2nd time to try and get the coffee correct.
The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because we also ordered sandwiches and both were great.

One of the newest and nicest Dunkin Donuts I have visited.
This is a chain restaurant. There are over 9400 Dunkin restaurants in 45 of the United States with 15% of them in New York. Florida has 892 or 9% of them. I have been to several of the Florida locations. This particular location is several miles to the east side of Fort Myers in Fort Myers shores. It is on the North side of Palm Beach Blvd. It has a drive-through and plenty of parking. If the main blvd is a little busy there is also a road behind it with access to the restaurant. Outside looks like a new building. The inside was very nice and had several small tables for people to sit and eat at spaced a good distance apart from each other. The ceiling was very tall and there were large windows on two sides of the inside room giving it a spacious feel. You order at the counter and pick it up at the next counter. The staff was friendly, organized, and efficient. The restaurant was clean. The prices were comparable to other Dunkin locations and reasonable for the time. I got a donut and sat with friends and enjoyed it. It is a good location for getting a snack in the area.

Went there three times in as many days different times of the morning and each time they had no blueberry muffins. Looks like they only putout 6 per day once they’re gone that it’s. Last time was there was about 9:30am they already solid they’re 6 muffins according to them and that is it no more for the day. Very sad it’s a donut shop and a very busy one but your sales are supposed to coffee and sweets. Unfortunately selection and quantity are very limited.

As always service with a smile was fantastic coffee is always great donuts are wonderful and The employees were dressed up as a medieval vampire and a pirate and they weren’t afraid to have a photo taken for a review so they were fun folks. The only reason why I knocked off a star is because when you take your first sip of an iced coffee and get a mouth of all the sugar at the bottom that did not melt because liquid sugar wasn’t used it’s kind of annoying but I’m okay with it because I have a sweet tooth but the wife doesn’t care for it too much because it’s hard to stir and melt sugar into iced coffee but other than that it’s always good.

Not best service. Cashier barely acknowledged me. Didn’t even bother to give me my total. Drink order was just placed on the counter didn’t even bother to call out name. Will not be returning
