As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Tasty food for fast food. Exactly what you would expect. Staff is usually pretty good about getting orders correct here, but if it’s late, do NOT drive off without checking your order.

We order on door dash a lot and they ALWAYYSSS forget items or something is wrong. Seriously, this happens almost every time. We finally said we will never order from them again through DoorDash, However, we love rally’s, so I suggested we order from them.. Just hoping they wouldn’t mess it up. (This was like the third time in a row)
I even messaged the DoorDash driver and told her please check the order. I don’t care if you have to break the seal, But she never responded.
Sure enough it was missing a an order of mozzarella sticks.
We decided to go up there and say something, They did remake the order But the whole time the girl is on the phone with someone saying “I know I put the mozzarella sticks in there blah blah blah” Like, yeah totally we got out of bed (After DoorDashing) for some mozzarella sticks.
Anyways, the food’s bomb, But they can’t put together an order for nothing. The one time we ordered chili cheese fries, and it was literally just cheese and fries. Come on guys it’s not that hard. :/ It’s super frustrating.

Very rude women here I’m just doordashing and she is yelling at everyone and disrespected me and a Uber eats drivers that’s why it’s never worth delivering for Rally’s cuz this is how you get treated and nasty building hopefully no one gets food poisoning!!

Used to love this place but their walk up door is ALWAYS locked now and my truck CAN’T go through drive through. Lost a customer, I’ll go to elsewhere now. ***EDIT*** Tried a 3rd time, door was locked again. Employee trying to wave me down after I walked away and got in my work truck (too big for drive through) to go to Wendy’s down the road, where I can walk in.

This Rallys is consecutively effing up orders, today my sprite had no sugar and they refuse to answer the phone. I waited 22 minutes as 4 cars behind me pulled off. Time before (last week) they forgot a whole burger patty on a DBL CH Sandwich. I Love Rallys food, but this staff is VSRY SKETCHY!!!… update, 12/22/25. Believe it or not I just got the same exact order as previously and had the exact same no sugar in the soda experience, at this point there not even trying. They refuse to answer their phone. Rallys is my fav eatery but this one has consistently not tried to improve. This time I’m making a call..

We ordered 4 apple pies a mushroom Swiss burger and a baconzilla burger, the mushroom burger was ice cold the baconzilla was just a double cheese burger no bacon at all and it was so cold the cheese didn’t even melt and we also had a large fries the container was not even half full. They made us pull to the other widow and there was no other customers there still took 15 minutes to get it all wrong. This place is awful!!!!!!

We ordered online, and still waited almost an HOUR for our food! The staff were on their phones and joking around. Our food was cold and the double cheeseburger didn’t remotely like the picture. Never again!

This is the second time that I’ve gone there in the last couple weeks. Today at 12pm I tried to order but they weren’t even open yet. Don’t you open at 10:00 a.m.? The other time it was busy and waited 45 minutes for our food in the other line while other people were driving away with food. There were six of us waiting in the other line for our food. Never have waited that long for fast food and they didn’t even know what we had ordered so we had to repeat it, even though we had already paid. I will not be going to this Rider again!
