This has got to be the worst Starbucks that I have been in. So unprofessional. If they aren’t standing around talking to each other and ignoring the customers, they are laughing and talking on the headsets with each other
I thought Starbucks had a dress code. All the other Starbucks does, but this one. When employees can have their backs and underware showing while working, it’s tacky and very tasteless.

Ordered online and gave name at drive thru and was told order is ready by employee. Arrived at window and barista said they didn’t have the order in their system. We had to replace the order and were told to re-enter the drive through line which had doubled in length since the time we arrived.

If there was an issue with the order, why tell me the order is ready after I give my name at the speaker? Inconvenience to myself and others.

Typical Starbucks. Pretty clean – a few tables need cleaning but they were busy and still serving drinks quickly. Although, customers shouldn’t leave such a mess in the first place, no fault on Starbucks.

Well I go to a lot of Starbucks and I can say that this coffee spot right off of the 99 and olive is one of the best one’s its clean and they have a lot of stuff in-stock ie, cups coffee water and a lot more. If you need a break i would stop by here everyone that work here are very respectful and I can say that I noticed that the employee know a lot of the people who came in by name.

My visit to this Starbucks location was not what I have come to expect from Starbucks. I stopped in for a coffee to wake up while on a trip with my family. As my wife started our order I went to use the restroom. The door had a numbered keypad so I asked an employee for the code. She replied with ” I’ll open the door for you in a second”. After she finished her conversation with another employee she went to finish taking my wife’s order. So I asked her again if I can get the code. She replied, “I’m busy with a customer, I’ll help you when I’m done”. I said, “just get what my wife ordered and I’ll order after I use the restroom”. She still refused to allow me to use the restroom, so I canceled the entire order and went to the restaurant next door who were happy to let me use the restroom, even without ordering food. I went back to get the Starbucks employees name but she avoided me. I got a picture instead. Was this a racial thing, or a rudeness problem? Another customer told me she heard her talking badly about me where other customers could hear after I left. I will never return to this location.

The location was a little challenging to park and restroom guests before us had tried using them to shower. I imagine its hard to get in there quickly and clean it when they are so busy. Blake made this visit 5 stars the food and drink products were as expected, its Starbucks. Blake made a recommendation that tasted great. He was friendly, witty, and was a hard worker. He made this stop on our 5 hour drive so memorable. Thank you Blake, from the Mike/Ben team!
