I’m giving only one star because I’m not sure if I can give zero. I did place a somewhat larger order through drive thru which is probably why it was so bad. The order was wrong we were missing food and what food we did get was old, made wrong or sloppily put together. I will not be coming back to this store especially since had a long wait both to order and receive the food we did get. So if you do come here I advice easy orders like maybe a drink with no food I’d say maybe a happy meal but no they messed ours up. Our 6 piece mcnugget got a 4 piece with a fry the had 4 old fries in it. They were going to forget the drink if I have reminded them and the 4 piece that should have come with the meal deal we got was not given to us. No one knew what was going on in the store we almost didn’t get our bag with the old fries to go with our sandwiches. With the attitude of the employees I didn’t bother to call and notify them or complain. I didn’t know if they would answer the phone or even care if they did. All in all I do not recommend 0/10

I don’t know what they did to turn it around because the last time I came in totally sucked. Today my order was the freshest I’ve ever had McDonald’s like I felt like I was a five year-old again! The associate warn me that the fries were hot, but let me tell you everything was so fresh and delicious! I’ll usually settle for a lot less this was just astounding customer service so bravo Zulu to the team tonight

Wow. First off they were dead, just a couple of customers. I see the first guy get pulled forward,”oh brother”. Maybe my order is ready? Nope. All three get pulled forward. Why? Looks like you guys are lying about drive thru times but forcing orders thru. Now for the food. Fries were OK, lukewarm at best. So maybe the burger was good? Nope. I have an Onion allergy and they smoothered my burger in onions. Eat somewhere else, this place is ran like a joke.

They took 10 minutes to take my order. Rushed me when I was ordering as well. And when I got home to eat my food the fries were burnt and half empty. And as I was about to eat their pies , I look at the label and it expired at 2:44pm and it’s currently 9:39pm. This store needs better employees and management. I’ve never been the kind to leave a negative review but this was just a 0/10 experience. I work fast food so I know the expectations and they were not met here unfortunately.

Has got to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too!. A couple of months ago it was bad. They seemed like the got new staff but Wait times are at I’ll ridiculous. I understand when it’s busy but not when you got 4 customers, the wait time shouldnt be 20 to 30 minutes. I had to leave my one item order behind because it was taking 20 minutes for a small smoothie. The day before that they ran outta hamburgers. So I ordered something else an was still there for 15 minutes for one mc chicken. A pre made Patti btw ???? Somebody should definitely figure out what’s up at this McDonald’s

Wouldn’t recommend stopping at the MCD, they got our orders right but by the time we got it everything was cold, the kind gentleman who gave us our order was helpful but the only one we seen working. We watched another worker put her face in a bag that was sitting in the pick up and then set it back down. No tables were clean and multiple people had to come in after waiting in the drive thru because they didn’t get their drinks or their order was wrong. The trash was overflowing and the floors were sticky just over all a very nasty place, I’ve seen waffle houses that were cleaner.

They were supposed to close at 11 PM, but after my boyfriend placed a mobile order and pulled up to the window, they turned the lights off and claimed they were “out of food.” They ended up closing 30 minutes early with no notice. We received no food and no refund. On top of that, the workers were rude. Very disappointing experience we won’t be returning.

I gave the location 3 stars because half of the food was cold. My sandwich in particular was cold, dry, over cooked, and where I asked to add cheese there was none. The staff members weren’t rude but could have faked a smile or a hello. Our order came out quickly and everything was correct. The happy meal was hot and fresh as well as the fries for the value meal. The burger was barely warm but my daughter was satisfied with it so that’s all that matters.

The newly-installed technology here cannot overcome inefficiency, poor management, and patronizing customer service. Be prepared to wait to eat greasy, rubbery food and then have your concerns dismissed when expressed.
