The general manager is nice but has no business running this McDonald’s.
We waited over 20minutes for the smallest order ever and still half the food wasn’t ready. Their receipt printer was down so they had no idea which order went were.
I offered the suggestion of writing the ticket number of the bags but that is too much common sense for McDonald’s.
Overall do not eat here unless you want to waste your money and time.

This location just keeps getting worse. Waiting 15 minutes for a cheeseburger and drink. Walked out and was unable to even cancel my order on the app since it was already being prepared for 15 minutes. Employee completely ignored the customers inside and only focus on the drive thru. Another customer said he had been waiting 40 minutes. Few days ago I was here and they forgot the bacon on a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Drive to the next town for a McDonald’s, don’t stop here.

They have a problem with actually getting food out in a reasonable time frame. They ask every car that goes through the drive‑through to wait in a parking space. I waited in a spot for 30 minutes before going inside to see what was going on with my order. They had given it to the wrong car. Not a big deal — I’ll just wait for a remake and move on.
I called my wife to let her know that I was going to be a bit longer. At this point, I had invested about 40 minutes just waiting on an order. My wife called the store and asked for the store number so we could call corporate and complain, and the manager hung up on her. Somehow, he told the other employees that some “crazy lady” was calling in being irate — which she was not.
At that point, I had to sit in the lobby for another 10 minutes while I listened to the entire staff bash, berate, and make fun of my wife.
I suspect that if there were another McDonald’s nearby, this one would go out of business.
Oh, and after 50 minutes of waiting for this food, I finally got it — and the fries were soggy and cold. Great work.

Went there for the grinch ordeal they are offering. Went inside and was never greeted by anyone, ordered at the kiosk and was told to take number 33. Well we watched 33 online and drive through orders leave the building before I finally got pissed after waiting 40 minutes in store for our meal. Waited at the counter for another 5 minutes before I was finally greeted and said we just want to cancel this and get our money back…well behold it took only 3 minutes after that for our food to show up. I realize it’s dinner rush but there has to be a better way…manager you need to manage. This is ridiculous for “fast food”.

I had gone to McDonalds for a a Mcchicken, and the employees service was amazing. But then the manager had came out yelling and shouting at the employees over somthing trivial, I had thought that I had heard one of them start to cry later on I was still waiting on my mcchicken employees were being polite about it but then it had been 30 minutes and I asked for the manager and a woman came to me and was very rude and disrespectful she had an attitude when she took my complaint and walked back to one of her coworkers very loudly complaining about me to him and then gave me my food this was Monday afternoon beyond disappointed with that manger and do not recommend her or this place

Collin is very professional and provides a great customer experience. I’m happy to know that he is thee manager of this location. Also, I’d looked to give a shout out to Rain, she is always working hard to make sure that every customer is satisfied with their visit. Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this McDonald’s location.

whether I go through the drive-through or go inside either way, I am always somehow served last. The last time I went Inside this McDonald’s I was told it would be a 20 minute wait for three hot chocolate and no food. Now I have been stuck in the drive-through with no one in front of me for 10 minutes and I had to call the store to get them to give me my order. Normally, I would have left, but I used the app so I already paid. While on McDonald’s easily the worst one in the surrounding area

Took an hour for us to get our food they forgot to give us sauce for nuggets. It took at least 5 min till someone greeted us at the register. The food was sloppily put together and covered in way too much mayo it was all over the wrapper. The booths and seats were covered in food and the tables were all sticky. The bathroom had toilet paper just sitting on top of the toilet paper holder When I went to get ketchup it came out red and white like someone had mixed another sauce in there very disgusting. 0 out of 10 experience we will not be returning.

Went to McDonald’s this morning and they gave my husband and I both hard bagels so they made them fresh. Got home and one of beagles was wrong so I drove back up to McDonald’s and the manager wanted to argue with me back and forth. And try telling me she made both of them and one was a bacon and egg and the other was a steak. You can tell a difference. But she continues to argue with me yes a manager. I have my husband send me a picture of his and clearly you can see a difference like come on.
