Today I went to Taco Bell to pick up an Uber order. I don’t know what changed — the staff, the management, or something else — but whatever it is, I really loved it.
The employees were very friendly and genuinely working fast.I was really happy with the experience.
People usually like to leave bad reviews. I believe it’s important to appreciate people who do their job well. That’s why I’m giving this place 5 stars.

For a Taco Bell they are pretty decent. It is very much a self serve location so don’t expect much from the staff. That said they are pretty good at getting orders out fast and accurate. They don’t skimp on the portions. Also if you ask for light lettuce and no onions they seem to get it right.

Parents and Travellers be warned! Taco Bell hires Excel predatory towing company that sits outside of the restaraunt. My son was going to pick up lunch and his prescription from next door CVS. We have his lunch reciept! By the time, less than 5 minutes, he was at CVS, his car was towed. Sheriff’s were notified and now it is going to be a civil case. Utterly despicable!

Do NOT schedule an order for pickup at a later time! I ordered 2 party boxes to pick up at 4:45pm for a party, and for some reason they just made all 24 tacos as soon as they received the order at 1:30pm. Then when I went to pick up the order, they blamed me for being “too late” and said they had to throw the whole order away.
I had to show multiple employees my receipt which CLEARLY said “Your order will be ready at 4:45 pm” in order to convince them that the mistake was on their end, and then I had to wait for them to remake 2 full boxes. At some point a manager even came out with my order ticket and told the employees to stop making the order, but I did eventually get the food I paid for. I hate being a Karen but I’m not gonna spend $55 just to have y’all waste so much food and then blame ME for it lol.

The Hispanic lady who might be the manager was very rude to her own staff and the customers. She told us to hurry up and get our order to go just because we came about 20 minutes before closing. She was yelling at people trying to come in and overall is probably just bad for this places business. She told other students she doesn’t want them to “get comfortable and start eating”… what kind of atmosphere is this providing to these kids just trynna grab a snack after late night studying??

This Taco Bell location allows students to go through the drive-thru on foot. My issue is not with the students wanting food. But, to send them through the drive-thru on foot? So you end up with a mixture of vehicles and foot traffic at the same time.
In my case, I had made a mobile app order and simply needed to pick it up. However, I got caught behind a large group of students placing orders while standing in front of drive-through order station. The group kept growing larger.
After 20 minutes, I called the store to see if I could grab my order at the door. I was told no. I asked to speak to a manager. She also said no and abruptly hung-up on me. I left without the food and have contacted corporate.
It seems to me that given the nature of this location’s business, it might help to have a pick-up window for students on foot, or mobile app orders. It is not right to make a customer, who has already ordered and paid for food to wait more than 30 minutes to hopefully make it up to the drive-thru window.

Picked up a DoorDash here and was waiting for 15 minutes before anyone asked what I’m waiting for. Girl at the front mentioned she was by herself but so was every other person at the other Taco Bell’s I dashed at today and they all greeted me immediately. Also saw 3 mobile orders in a row get picked up that they forgot to give them drinks LOL. Unacceptable

Absolutely horrible service. The drive through staff rolled their eyes at us for giving us some one else’s order. There attitude was nasty, and we were nothing but nice then we get the food home and all of the tacos and the crunchwrap had either no meat or just a few crumbs of meat. They didn’t give us any sauce and 2 of the tacos towered not even wrapped up just thrown into the bag. I understand it was after 11pm but they’re open much later, it’s not like we were the last cars.

Miss Lynn is the best person ever. She makes everyone feel personally seen and she learns the names of so many people that come in. She had the whole restaurant sing to my friend for their birthday and made us have such a great time.

This is what I got. Left: creamy chipotle crispy chicken taco, one small piece of chicken. $2.79. right: $1 spicy potato soft taco. When I got them, I would like to throw them away as trash. It is not food it is insulting and unrespectful to their customers. This is not the first time, but today I decided to review it since it was really too bad
