The oxtail was incredibly tender—falling right off the bone, rich, and full of flavor. You can tell it was slow-cooked with care. The jollof rice was perfectly seasoned, not dry, and packed with that authentic taste that’s so hard to find.
After having a terrible experience with another Caribbean restaurant here, we were hesitant—but I am so glad we took a chance on this place. It exceeded our expectations.
Baby, we are coming back to eat in person, because ordering online just isn’t enough. This is the kind of food you sit down and savor.
If you’re thinking about trying it, don’t hesitate. You will not regret it.

Aldeez has restored my faith with this one. I’ve been going here for years for their amazingly tasty Whole Tilapia. I said let me try again after my bad experience last month, this time they did not disappoint at all! I will be ordering my fish again soon!!! I’m still cringing over the price though but it’s to be expected in this economy!
Was looking for a good Caribbean restaurant open after 9 and found this. Had the jamaican beef patty as appetizer and oxtail, curry goat as entrees. Loved the flavor. The ambience is more of bar/dance so not a family favorable but the food was good. I wish the food had more heat which would have given a kick. Still the overall experience was good
The nyama choma with sautéed spinach is a fav. Please switch up the ugali- this is the third time that the side of ugali is almost rock hard- might be the flour perhaps? I have had to toss all three but I am trusting the restaurant will fix it.
I rarely frequent the bar/dine in but several months ago I accompanied my brother who was visiting from out of state on a Saturday night. I still distinctly recall how extremely attentive the server was! Drinks were also on point.
I do remember that the music leaned heavily on Afrobeats but please switch up to more hip hop, soca, dancehall and reggaeton to carter for a diverse audience.
Definitely recommend and will be back. I have a feeling my next ugali order will arrive soft and piping hot
