Everyone was very friendly at this pizza spot. Salad was great, ordered pizza for the kids that they liked and my wife loved the tomato soup. Everyone was happy! They had the game playing on a few TVs! Nice clean spot perfect for our group of 7!

Everything you want in a pizza place! For us they have vegan cheese and they are not stingy with it! Went there twice in one week. I normally eat pizza probably once a month. Cooked really well. Fresh toppings. We got a large and it was probably a bit much for 2 people. I’m not sure what the small looks like but I think it’s a big difference so I’d ask about the dimensions. I’m going to guess the large was about 12 inches. Staff was very kind when I messed up my order. I’d definitely recommend them. There’s also TV’s around and beer on tap.

There were 2 others in line ordering before us, but we didn’t wait in line long. Made our order, got our fountain drinks, sat down and waited only 15 mins for our pizza. I ordered extra pepperoni with extra cheese and they didn’t disappoint on the extra cheese! For me, the extra cheese or lack of, will determine whether we return or not. We will be returning! Also, I usually don’t eat the crust and my husband always asks for mine, but since the cheese and pepperoni covered the entire pizza all the way to the ends of the crust, I happily ate my “crust”. This will be our go-to pizza place when we vacation here from now on.

Please don’t order special looking named food here. When we received the pizza named “dog’s hair”, pizza was so cold, which felt like they just warmed up a frozen instant pizza. Other foods are good. Celeries and carrots were super dry though.
The best part is, this place always have available seats to have dinner. It’s quite an important point when you came back from long travel. I appreciate this point, saving me from eternal waiting on other restaurants.

We came to Blue Dog Pizza in South Lake Tahoe on Sunday, January 25th. We were in town for the night and ordered pizza for pickup. Eric (and another staff member) helped us at the counter, and Eric was super friendly and helpful.
We got a large supreme pizza and two boxes of wings. Everything was really good, but the wings with the buffalo sauce and ranch were the best part. I was telling my husband that this is probably one of the best buffalo sauce I had. We were starving, and our order came out fast, which was awesome.
I would recommend it to friends and definitely come back next time I’m in Tahoe.

We came for lunch, and I had a large slice of pepperoni pizza with garlic and basil. It was a large slice cut in two – absolutely delicious, cheesy with a great red sauce. We also had garlic bread – again cheesy with a great garlic flavor and cooked perfectly crisp. They have plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating. Service was excellent.

Great pizza with fresh ingredients and a perfect crust! The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The only downside is the price—it’s a bit on the expensive side for what you get. Still, if you’re looking for quality pizza and great service, it’s worth trying!
