I’m only giving 2 stars instead of 1 for the sole purpose because the food is still okay for the most part even though the order is always messed up. Every time I order a Bacon Double Cheeseburger they never add the bacon. Whenever I get a Sonic Blast all it ends up being is a cup of vanilla ice cream with some M&M’s sprinkled on top. There’s none mixed in like it’s supposed to be like McFlurry’s just a couple on top. Below you can see the M&M sonic Blast I got with hot fudge I paid extra for but didn’t get. Literally just a cup of vanilla ice cream. I already ate the couple M&M’s on top and got mad enough about it that I’m posting a review. I don’t know if it’s lack of reading comprehension or just laziness, but it’s pretty pathetic not to get these things right especially when I’m paying extra to get these things. It’s not like I changed a lot or have a complicated order.
I like eating at Sonic, but I’m about to stop because I’m not getting the food I order and if I call and complain all I’m usually told is ah well or that’s how it’s supposed to be and it’s like clearly not if you advertise the M&M Blast on your menu with M&M’s mixed throughout the whole Blast.
Clearly the entire staff needs to be trained again because this happens every time I eat here and these kind of mistakes are unacceptable. If it happens to me every time I order the. I can imagine I’m not the only one whose order gets messed up.

I eat here more than I would like to admit. The food seems to be fresh every-time! I love their burgers and their fries. Whether you’re in the mood for a smoothy or a slushy, sonic is your place to go for fast food restaurants in Junction City. I will warn you that if you mix too many slushy flavors it will be way too syrupy. It works at Casey’s, but not here. Stick to one or two flavors. Edit: We go here nearly every week after church, can’t beat the tasty cold drinks on a summer day especially if you use the app for discounted drinks.

Very disappointed with my recent visit to Sonic. I waited 20 minutes for a simple breakfast burrito with no onions, yet it still came loaded with onions. After such a long wait, it was frustrating to receive the wrong order. Totally not worth the time.

Very good service — order taker was very helpful (he pointed out the best options). Server was prompt and courteous. Happy hour pricing was appreciated. Food was delicious — didn’t skimp on the cherries in the limeades. The playground looked interesting – we haven’t seen one at a Sonic before.Thanks!

Update 1 DEC 2021:
Ordered my food. Grilled chicken sandwich no Tomatoe, add bacon, add cheese. Fries and a cherry lime aid slush. I waited close to 20 minutes, they were busy no big deal I’m sure they are making my food. I finally hit the button to ask about the status of my meal and was informed it would be right out. Food comes out, I was informed I would not be billed because of that wait. So I’m like awesome ! Thanks.
Once I open my food the fries are kinda stale and the sandwich has a huge gross piece lettuce on it. I’d rather have just paid for my food to be fresh.

If you like being cut off while ordering and them not letting you finish your order in the drive thru, having to park and reorder at a speaker, just for them to mess up your order…go here!

03NOV Just say your out of limes at this point. Ordered two limeades and each one had a HALF of a slice of lime in it. If my husband would not have come home with this I would have asked for them to fix it or refund me.
