Probably the worst chipotle I’ve been to in the country. No joke. Massive line at 3 PM. No food made, only chicken, no black beans, no rice…brown guac and disgustingly old pico. Oblivious employees chatting doing no work or sweeping in the back when there was a 20 person line. Picked up here door dashing a while ago and 25+ minute wait after arriving on time. Who runs this place? Should not be able to even call this establishment w chipotle.

What can I say? It’s the Subway of Mexican food… Fast, freshest, and made your way. Bowl or wrap, you will always know what to expect because you watch what goes into it. Midly healthy and good for on the go people that are tired of filling their guts with fried foods! Locations are normally easy to get in and out of and fairly clean, smiling faces are expected but not always served.

Stopped by Chipotle on Richmond Rd in Lexington for 1st time late afternoon. Not busy during our visit. My husband and I ordered Burrito Bowls and 2 soft drinks. $36.00!! My jaw abt dropped $36 for 2 bowls. We felt so ripped off. The steak in my bowl had 3 big chunks of fat. NO THANK YOU!!! Place looked disorderly and unkempt. Will we be dining here again?? NO!

I placed an order on DoorDash any time I come to this restaurant they mess up my order and skimp out of the bowl this is actually ridiculous they delivered this bowl like this it looks like half of it is missing there’s no way they thought they was acceptable of an order I order double chicken and extra toppings and nothing is on there

I’d say they were understaffed, and that’s a management issue so I don’t find it worthy to even contact them. I entered the restaurant to a line backed to the door and watched about ten people served by a single person, long wait to say the least. Finally an employee came to help the one person at which point I observed that person wiping the heavily slopped counter ingredients back into the food bins about five different times. That did not vibe with the 99% health department rating the restaurant had posted, nor did the hastily slopped fashion of making the food and the nasty counter, which is probably wiped with a dirty rag, if it when it is, and yay there goes that into the food bins as well and into the public’s food. Slop didn’t end there. I cut my burrito and it fell into goop in my hands. I’ve only been here once before and I do remember the long line and one worker at the meal prep station. This is a regional Chipotle issue to be addressed and a strong health department concern for sure. I feel sorry for those who do pickup orders or door dash, not seeing how their food is prepared. I hate leaving bad reviews, but that counter especially move was appalling.

This store skimps on everything from meat to beans. The staff are unfriendly and act like they are miserable being there. Getting huffed at by the cashier for ordering their last bag of prepared chips last night was the final straw for me. Cannot recommend eating here.

I do like this place but any chipotle I love e ever been to I always get the shredded pork because the chicken and steak are very dry, old and very gristly.
The flavors are good but the food just sits there way too long and ends up having a dry burnt taste after a while .
As far as customer service- not a friendly bunch and the staff smelled like weed very badly. No it was not customers- a couple employees came in together from a break I’m assuming and walked past us and I got a full contact buzz. I was not happy.

Very difficult suddenly… received 13-14 total chips with an order of chips and salsa that I only order to have chips to use with my burrito bowl. Ruined the whole meal.
