Food is decent enough. Can get really spicy, but my wife and I love that. Service is pathetic. Can tell that the employees lack the experience and there is no proper manager to keep things running smoothly. There were multiple tables waiting to be cleaned, but the staff was just standing around. Had to be catching their attention for anything we needed including a refill of water. Not coming back to dine in again. Only take out from here on.

First time trying Paradise Indian Cuisine. We were the only ones dining in during a Saturday lunch which is always a bit startling when you walk in. However, we were immediately greeted when we entered and sat down. The service was fine throughout aside from no offer of water refills, particularly when the dishes were spicy. We also noticed staff sitting in booths playing on their phones since we were the only ones in. Takes a bit from the experience. The food itself was great. We ordered Chicken Tandoori (spice level 1), Chicken Biryana (level 2), and garlic naan. For those three dishes and only water, we spent $47 (including tip). On the pricier side for lunch but not outrageous. The interior decorating was nice, too, and well thought out.

Paradise has been open for a few years now, we’ve been coming to this location since opening day. It’s our go-to Indian restaurant on the Eastside. The atmosphere is warm, quiet. The pace of service can be a bit slow; so make sure you’re not in a rush. We have ordered take out as well, the food is typically ready on time. As for food quality, its pretty good. Some items are better than others, like any place. We’ll be back.

We come here frequently and every single time we are blown away with how great the food tastes. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the service is great as well. This is by far the best Indian restaurant around! If you have a taste for Indian food, this is definitely the place to go.

I have ordered DoorDash from here 3 times. The first time I ordered chicken tikka masala, spice level 2 – was inedible because of how spicy it was. Second time, thought I would try the Paradise Biryani, spice level 1 – way worse spice than the chicken tikka spice level 2. Ordered once more tonight, giving them another chance – butter chicken, spice level 1, what I thought would be the safest option. Once again inedible. My partner who does like spice even has said each time how spicy it is. Please don’t offer spice level options if you’re just going to disregard it completely. Won’t be ordering from here again, wasted money.

The ambience was well and good. We order few appetizers and goat biryani. Everything was fantastic. This is one of the best place to have good food nearby Cleveland area. I highly suggest to tey food over hear. The servers were also very friendly and recommend good food for us to have. Will visit again for sure.

Excellent food flavors, particularly goat chettinadu and Indo-Chinese dishes. Atmosphere is good. BUT service can be improved in a way that, if you are dining, one would expect that you place dishes in proper places for everyone seating at the table. We don’t expect you to serve food in our dishes though. Other than that everything is great!

Great Indian food! My go-to, the chicken tikka masala, is one of the best around. Even their “American mild” spice level has a fair amount of heat, though, so be sure to specify if you want zero spices in your dish.
