I ordered two baked potatoes and 4 drinks online. When I got there they said I would have to wait 7 minutes for the potatoes. It ended up being 15 minutes and they tried to tell me I only ordered 3 drinks. Instead of apologizing that I had to wait they tried to argue my order. I out the sour cream on the potato and my daughter realized it was expired. I tried to call the store to tell them so nobody else would get expired food but nobody answered the phone.

I placed an online order and showed up about 10 minutes later to pick it up. I sat at the speaker for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to say anything to me. Eventually I just pulled up to the window and was told to go back around as they hadn’t checked in my order yet. I go back around and wait another 10+ minutes for them to take care of the two people who are now in front me. I finally get back to the window and have to wait again to receive a bag with cold fries that were barely filled, BBQ sauce is that had the seal busted, and a burger that was made wrong. I tried to contact Wendy’s customer service but they were just as useless. This was a complete waste of over half an hour and should never have happened. I don’t even think this is something training could fix there is no excuse for this place to be run this abysmally. I will never return and I encourage everyone else to avoid this location and honestly all Wendy’s at all cost. It would be faster for you to go a grocery store, go home, and cook something than to visit this location.

I visited this establishment today and attempted to use my Wendy’s app. I asked the employee to scan the barcode on my phone for a coupon, but for some reason, he didn’t do it correctly, and I couldn’t go back to scanning because it indicated that he had already used the coupon. He looked confused and didn’t know how to proceed, so after waiting for a while, I decided to pay for the meal in full. After that experience, I was instructed to drive up near the door, where we ended up waiting for at least 6 to 7 minutes without being informed that there would be a wait for any items. When we finally received our food, I noticed they had stuffed a lot of ranch into our bags, which I hadn’t requested; I only eat one type of sauce from Wendy’s, so I sent one of my children inside to get the correct sauce. The same drive-thru employee made a comment to my child, saying ‘sauce is sauce.’ I wasn’t aware of this until we were about to leave. I then tried to call the store, but no one answered. Additionally, I had to send one of my kids back in because they forgot one of the fries from our order. With the long wait times and the inability to properly scan a coupon that you encourage customers to use through your app, it just doesn’t make sense to me how customer service can be so poor. I hope someone will reach out so I can discuss my experience further; if not, please ensure your associates receive better training in customer service skills.

I hit this location on lunch frequently as it’s by my office. I won’t say Wendy’s is the best burger I’ve ever had but I can say the gentlemen named Kendrick in the drive thru has kept me coming back. He’s always nice, quick and seems like a hard worker. I hope y’all take care of him, a great employee like that can make an average visit special.

Extremely long wait times for a Wendy’s
Sometimes the food just tastes different than other locations.. and I still can’t figure out why.
50/50 chance the drink machine is empty, disabled, or needs refilled so it won’t dispense.

I’m normally very disappointed with this Wendy’s, as they’ve gotten my order wrong multiple times, but the Baconator was a double stack and had plenty of bacon on it this time. Whoever was working around 3PM today did a good job making sure everything was right, thank you.

I tried to go in and order, but found the main door was locked, then I tried the door on the other side, but it was also locked. It’s 5pm on Sunday. Okay, I won’t go in through the door. I ordered from the drive-thru. The clerk at the pick-up window ignored me. I knocked on her window, but she impatiently told me to go away. After I waited for a long time, she finally opened the window and asked me which meal I ordered. She also laughed at my poor English. I will never come again. Nasty service
