The ramen is decent for Pensacola, but if you’re from somewhere that has really good ramen then you might be let down. The broth lacked richness and flavor, but the pork and noodles were satisfying. The egg is too hard boiled, they should try soft boiled eggs instead. I asked for the ramen to be extra spicy, it was spicy enough but not compared to other ramen I’ve tried. Overall the price, quality, and portion was appropriate. I would probably come back again if I’m craving. Thanks for the good customer service!

I told them that nothing could be spicy I ordered ramen soup many places, and I’ve lived in Japan they said nothing spicy is in it! well trip to the hospital because she lied , smiled and said NOTHING SPICY in it , liar liar sitting here with a bloody raw throat. I’m allergic but yet this restaurant didn’t care they still sent home a simple beef ramen that must have had extra spicy in it I guess you really was just that hateful vindictive and cruel to serve dish that was so spicy it hospitalized me. If you’ve never eaten Japanese ramen, you may enjoy it. If you know what it’s supposed to taste like and have some expectations of quality, you will hate it. The meats were tough and chewy, and the broth tasted like soy sauce mixed with water. Asian waitress was rude and didn’t smile once. The restaurant is super small and extremely hard to move around with the set up. They shouldn’t be allowed to claim this as a Japanese restaurant.

Definitely don’t recommend this place. We ordered the pork ramen, chicken ramen and pan fried dumplings. The ramen broth was bland with absolutely no flavor. The only thing good in the pork ramen was the pork. I had to add salt and soy sauce, a good broth you shouldn’t have to add anything. Same with the chicken ramen. The dumplings were edible. Our service was the worst part of our experience. She didn’t deserve a star at all. The hostess was the best part of our time spent there.

Very rude people. They didn’t provide any napkins nor utensils. When we ask for some sticks or a fork, the lady brought only one fork for two people to share. When we ask for a second fork, she just walked away with an attitude. She never brought another fork.

My love and I shared the sweet and spicy pork dumplings, then I had their pork ramen and he had their Tonkotsu curry. The dumplings were perfectly cooked and had a great balance of sweet and spicy for a wonderful dance of flavor. The ramen was great with nice cuts of pork belly and a very creamy bone broth, with just a hint of chili to clean the sinuses. The Tonkotsu with curry sauce was very good. Perfectly creamy sauce with a delicately fried pork cutlet that mixed well with the rice and steamed veggies. Food is a 10/10 would do again.
The servers are nice and attentive without being overbearing. Definitely good quality there.
The atmosphere inside the restaurant is wonderful, but sitting in the center of the mall walkway was a but much for me. I would have rather sat in the restaurant itself.
Overall, it’s a definite “do again” restaurant with reasonable prices and good quality food.

Nippon was pretty good, the only negative I have to say was the wait. I understand due to dinner rush, I was expecting to get my food immediately! Other than that the food was fresh and amazing! The waitress was nice! I give her a five star rating!
