I visited Taco Bell in Thomasville, North Carolina today and ordered the Tostada Supreme Tacos — the flavor was great! I really enjoy the tacos and the salsa; they always hit the spot. However, I’m giving 4 stars because the customer service wasn’t the best and the cleanliness of the place could definitely be improved. The food is delicious, but the overall experience could be better.

This place has recently been remodeled & a sahme that it cant be kept clean. The inside was a total mess. Drink area & condiments area just nasty. Food all over floor under tables. All tables were dirty. You had to wipe it down yourself just to sit down to eat. Got some photos but people started coming in so I wasn’t able to take photo of the nasty table floor area! We ordered from kiosk since I guess theh dont take orders in person anymore. They weren’t too busy when we arrived. One worker called us to give us our food & she was kind. Next worker giving us our drinks was rude not in a good mind set. Slammed the drinks down from what my husband & daughter said. No need to be nasty to people. It is your job to delivery the food we just ordered from a machine! The food wasn’t bad but the service & dining area really needs some help! Won’t be back for a while. Funny thing is they had a sign that said business of the month!

Pulling at approximately 9:10pm Wednesday night. No cars visible and pulled up to window. When pulled around, there were two cars in the line. I pulled away with food after a 20 minute wait. Seemed a little long for the volume of traffic at the restaurant. $17 for three tacos and a drimk seemed high and I do not think I’ll be back especially since the shells seemed more stale than fresh. Honestly prices everywhere are going soaring. I wouldn’t mind the higher prices if the food quality was rising at same rate. I would prefer next time to cross the street to Cookout.

On December 3rd of 2025 at 6;45 pm they got my mobile app order incorrect, I went through the drive thru to get my order so I pulled into a parking spot and went straight inside where I was told that I already received my food that they didn’t mess up and that I took items out of the bag before I came inside to get free food, the manager and line workers were all involved in smart remarks and jokes about this. The whole crew and manager are completely disrespectful and unprofessional. How can you blame someone for trying to steal on an order that YOU messed up. If I could give less than 1 star I would, this location never gets your order right EVER. Straight trash Taco Bell and straight trash management and straight trash workers. I feel sorry for them.

This Taco Bell has been under construction for quite some time and has now finally reopened. The new building is beautiful! They changed the parking lot as well which seems to have made space for more parking.
I only went through the drive-thru so I can’t speak for cleanliness or any indoor aspects. The drive thru line was quite long. That’s to be expected after a long wait for the reopen.
The person taking my order was okay but not as pleasant as she could’ve been. A little short in her speech. I’m sure the number of people coming through non stop is overwhelming, so I give grace.
A lady named Tonya was at the window working beside the lady taking orders for the drive thru. She was very pleasant and cheerful. She smiled genuinely and that simple gesture made the exchange a positive one.
The food was great! I tried the grilled cheese burrito and the new cantina quesadilla. Both were really good!

Shocked I haven’t seen more reviews about the slow drive thru. I’ve been in line for 20 minutes and still haven’t even been able to order.
