I was pleasantly surprised that whenever I placed my curbside order it was super easy through the app.
And whenever I went to the restaurant there was plenty of parking in the morning and I parked in a curbside spot and I was cheerfully greeted by a worker who brought out my food and my food was thoroughly prepared and organized for a takeout order.
My drinks were very secured in a container in a bag everything was in my bag including plenty of utensils napkins butter and everything because we ordered breakfast.
I was worried about my caramel macchiato because I normally don’t order those kinds of coffees from fast food restaurants that are usually way too sugary but this one was made perfectly.
There’s not many great options in DeRidder and we’re new to DeRidder so I was quite impressed with McDonald’s as a fast food restaurant option.

Listen! I live McDonald’s. One of my most favorite places for food. This morning I ordered on the app so I could pick up at the drive through. The girl at the first window was super sweet and friendly. The second window girl gave me my drinks and smiled kindly. Then the trouble started. A manager came to the window and asked what do i want. I said I got my drinks and just waiting for my order. She asked what else I need because she only sees my drinks on the screen.
Ok. No problem. I hand her my receipt. It clearly says I ordered 3 hashbrowns, 2 sausage patties, and a steak egg and cheese biscuit.
She walks over with it, and fills a bag with what I assume is my order. After a few minutes I see her toss a bag on the counter, point at the window where I am, and tell the girl this is mine.
I get to the hotel and this bag has 6 hashbrowns, no sausages, and my sandwich. Even this doesn’t make me angry. It happens. I will still eat McDonald’s as long as im alive. But this lady treated me wrong. And did she intentionally mess up my order? And toss my food on a counter? And send a worker to give me the messed up order? I believe she did. And I watched through the drive through window while she did it.
You can’t mess up my love for McDonalds food. But I will call out bad service if I receive it. A manager at the McDonald’s in DeRidder, Louisiana went out of her way to make a bad experience for me this morning. Did not really work. Because I still love the food I did get.

I ordered a Big Mac, a daily double and a 20 piece nugget and two fries. They completely forgot my Big Mac and when I said they forgot it, they gave me a wrong Big Mac that was COMPLETELY PLAIN WHICH I DIDN’T ORDER! I took it back and the associate showed the manager and he said “I don’t want to deal with that” after looking at me and said “just give him another one” All this with attitude! Excuse me sir I’M NOT THE ONE WORKING AND MAKING ORDERS WRONG!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The big Mac that I first got, buns were hard as a rock, no lettuce, no sauce no pickles no nothing just bread meat and cheese.

Can’t get the orders correct in the morning. I’m not sure if they just need to wake up earlier to get ready for their job, or if they act like it’s coming out of their own pocket when they mess up and have to remake things just absurd. For the third time now I have to go back and get them to fix my order because once again they didn’t get it right all within seven days..

McDonald’s service is often slow. They tend to park people to keep their timer low, which leads to long waits in the parking lot. This happens to me a lot. The food is average, and my order is often wrong.

I usually dont leave bad reviews, but a few of your employees need to be reminded of their manners, and stop playing where people can see especially if they aren’t gonna get the orders right, when I pulled up to the second window one of the employees was playing around with a Togo bag on his head.
I ordered a bacon mcdouble with mayo and mustard no onions no tomatoes and extra pickles. The lady who took my order and my money was very sweet and everything I had asked for was correct on the screen, so I pulled up to the second window to get my food at first the guy was sweet and handed me my food I checked my food before leaving because we all know how McDonalds is and everyone makes mistakes I know I use to be a waitress. My order did not have any lettuce on it so I politely told him what was wrong and asked him to fix it he said yes but rolled his eyes. Since he was so annoyed with me asking him to fix it he had to come back again and ask me what was wrong with it. He fixed it but he made it messy, when I got home I realized that it didn’t have mustard and it only had three small pickles on it that didnt even cover the bun. I am not very happy with this McDonald’s! Here are a few pictures of the burger AFTER I had cleaned it up.

Came inside because my burger was cold and looked raw . And the little girl that the workers were calling Michelle was super rude to me about it it was also covered in ketchup was mostly ketchup just dripping . People like Michelle should be in the back not handling customers . What happened to customer service ?

I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder. They gave me a literal pinch of lettuce & somehow found a piece of tomato that’s smaller than the pickle! A whisper of mustard on the bread lol Y’all know yall wrong for this!!!
