First, we ordered and paid for the 5 pack of cheeseburgers and received hamburgers. Then we ordered a vanilla shake which we waited for about 15 min. Had to go back to the counter to find out where it was after hearing order numbers after ours being called..then I had one kid in my group that was sad he had not gotten a kids meal activity kit. I asked if I could just buy him the activity kit. Keep in mind there were 11 of us in our group so we spent a large amount of money for food and ice cream. They told me I had to buy an entire kids meal to get the activity kit. I said I wouldn’t do that and waste the food..I should have asked for the money back for the cheese that I didnt get on my order. I didnt think of it until I got out to the car. Not a good experience.

Amazing service most of the time. Ice cream is really good, and anytime I order food there, they’ve always made it fresh to order, and pretty quick too. I would give a 5 star if the owners would update the outside menus. It’s so out of date and basic. There should be a way to display all the new monthly ice cream flavors without having to constantly ask every time. I know if it’s frustrating for the costumer, it has to be just as frustrating to whoever the drive-thru operator is to list all those flavors every time someone asks. Just make it easy and get a digital menu board. Overall one of my family’s favorite places to stop and get a quick meal and sweet treat.

We had breakfast there this morning. My husband’s pancakes were so greasy he couldn’t eat them. They had burned pieces of sausage and bacon cooked in them. The scrambled eggs were horrible. Big blobs of hard eggs and our sausage was way over cooked. I looked for a place on receipt to send comments but there is nothing. Also they no longer give senior discounts. Needless to say we won’t be returning. Almost 20.00 and most of it went into the trash.

The quality of breakfast was not good. Burnt potatoe rounds with eggs that were obviously cooked in the bag and flopped onto a tray. Staff wasn’t friendly or accommodating. Hardee’s has better food next door.

Used to be good. Breakfast burritos used to be good but now they have some weird scrambled “eggs” concoction. Got the bag of breakfast burritos and halfway through the second one just wound up throwing them all away. Garbage can ate more of them than I did.

This place was AMAZING!!! Everything was fresh, and the chicken sandwhich meal was so delicious. The bacon was not only perfectly crispy, but in California, you won’t get a sandwhich like that. The shake was Supreme as well. Not to mention, that I am from out of town and had people come up to our table, who knew the person I was with, that were pleasantly delightful. I am back in Cali and can’t stop thinking about Braum’s in Neosho Missouri!!!

Since this is the only place to really get ice cream unfortunately. I wish the inside was clean, it never is on any given day. Regular food isn’t that great, the parking lot is always trashed the bathrooms are never cleaned, again, at any given time. We never go in and get ice cream anymore. That’s only half the building, if they treat the customer area this way no telling how they treat the kitchen area.

This is hands down the best place to go for quick and tasty food. The staff is super nice. I also enjoy being able to go inside to pick up necessities like bread or meat. It makes it a one stop shop after work. Their ice cream flavors are the best. I like the walnut and butter pecan because they are rich in taste. They also have a good choice of kid flavors. We like to sub a shake for a drink, it’s a nice bit of sweetness during the meal. I insist we get Braun’s anytime we are in town.
