I believe this cuisine does not suit our south Asian pallette. However, we are all extremely adventurous and have eaten many different types of food.
The soup was basically what I imagine people in the great depression ate, boiled cabbage water. That was the wonton soup.
The curry with roti was soooo good!! The Lychee Sakeitini is sneaky but highly recommended, the other drinks werent decent IMO but I had my favorite.
The food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can truly taste the traditional Malaysian spices and cooking style in every dish. The portions were generous, and the quality of the ingredients was excellent.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal with family. The staff were also very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we are very happy we chose this restaurant. I highly recommend Rasa to anyone who wants to experience real Malaysian food.
I came by tonight to celebrate my birthday with my friends and I had to move my resevation to a later time (which is unideal on my part) however the staff were very accommodating despite the restaurant being full and I also brought a birthday cake (I called ahead of time and they didn’t charge us 🙂 and they brought out candles and cutlery for us! We stayed for a long while (also not ideal on our part haha but service was dwindling down for the night) and the staff didn’t mind.
Overall I always leave the restaurant with my belly and soul full, thank you ❤️
