I have to say I used to eat at Chili’s 2 or 3 times a week a couple years ago. I don’t get to go to Chili’s as often anymore but I don’t know if something’s changed or if this location is that bad, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Chili’s. It Started from the moment we walked in to be honest with you I think things would have been better if we had just turned around and walked out. The hostess was the most lifeless bad attitude not wanting to be there type person I think I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. The servers were wonderful they had just been set two four tops, and a 10 top around the same time as us so we had to do a lot of waiting. Things were slow and with a 2-year-old it makes it very difficult. I ordered the queso as an appetizer it came out a little warm but within a minute or two was cold, as though it was scooped into a cold Skillet. The waitress heated it up for us and I believe they comped it (I forgot to look.) I ordered the trio I don’t even know what to say about it, the sliders looked like they were cooked yesterday the Buns were pretty burnt and lifeless the meat was cold the cheese was cold and stuck to the meat I don’t know if they have different ways of doing things in Pennsylvania than they do in Texas, California, Arizona, or Washington State, all the other places where I’ve eaten Chili’s recently. The chicken strips were like something you would find at a buffet restaurant that sells Third Rate meat they were very tough very little meet, overcooked but yet cold. The egg rolls weren’t that bad they were skinnier than I’m used to and kind of beat up. They ended up making me more Sliders and bringing a couple of good pieces of chicken out we will definitely be back to try one more time but I’m worried because if it’s like this it will be the last time.

The food at Chili’s was great. The 3 for me deal is good, but read the fine print! Our sirloin steaks “came with potatoes and broccoli” ~then we were charged ,50 extra for the potatoes.?! Really Chili’s? The meal was already $16.99, so why an added .50 if the potatoes “came with it”?! Anyway, the food was very good, steaks made to order, and it came out hot. I would also highly recommend the skillet cookie dessert to share. It was Amazing! Served warm with ice cream. Delicious! Mango lemonade was so-so, but wouldn’t order it again. It tasted a bit to artificial for me.

I just left here trying it for the first time food was good but we waited an hour for our food and my husband stayed inside while I left to go to the car to calm our 2 year old that was tired of sitting. Mind you the hour was after we ordered not when we got there. My husband waited another 10-15 minutes to talk to the manager because it took so long he ended up paying the $100 bill for us to box our own food up and take it home. I was so excited to try the mozerella sticks here and overall am not happy with the wait time given people that showed up after we ordered got their food before us.

Order was completely wrong and we got home it was such a dissapointment. Unsweetened tea when we wanted peach sweet tea, sauces on everything when we needed it plain. Missing fries just all around terrible. Called and the manager who opened the next morning remade the order plus gave us a free kids meal for the kiddo. It was delicious. Such a kind gesture to make something right.

The food beat our expectations. I expected good food similar to a diner or another chain restaurant. Chili’s actually had some of the best food. The ribeye steak was fantastic and the bacon burger was outstanding. The price was relatively inexpensive too. We were a family of 5 and with a 20% tip the bill was $159. The waitress was fantastic too.

Stevee was our server tonight and let me tell you!! BEST SERVER EVERRRR. She’s amazing and it was her first day and she told us up front and she did everything on point. Our food got delayed not because of her we didn’t even complain the manager took off our food only charged us for our drinks which we were so appreciative. Again we did not complain once they did it out of the kindness of there heart to come to us saying our food got lost in transit and we are taking it off your bill: that was so incredibly sweet we tipped Stevee good made sure she knew how much we appreciated her service and shout out to Chili’s for paying for our dinner. I will only be accepting a table from Stevee section because of how amazing she is. Rest in peace to the side salad iykyk Stevee will know. Lol thank you guys

Food was Good!
Beverages on the other hand were nasty, due to the ice machine probly not being cleaned or changed since 5 easter’s ago. It totally took over the taste of whatever drink I ordered. Something has to be done about that before I would return.
