I came through the drive through and got my order. Glanced in the bag and everything looked good. Drove home and found my order just about fully wrong. Had two buns with just cheese. Came back and the manager was more than accommodating. He went above and beyond to put a rush on my remake. He checked everything for me and I was very pleased that he made me a priority and made me feel valued. Thank you very much for standing behind your service !

The manager was very rude to the employees. & He Seemed flustered because it was a very busy Saturday after the Fall festival. After waiting 20 mins for my children’s food. The order was wrong twice. l had to make sure to ask for fresh fries because they were just sitting on the tray while l wait that long and the food still wasn’t hot.

Wow. So prior to heading to this spot, my wife told me to just drive to the one thats a bit further by Walmart. They always mess something up here. I was tired and just ordered online for this spot. We get there and no one would answer the mic. After about five minutes i pull up. Only 1 car in front and that person looks angry. We sat there for about 40 minutes. We watched countless cars leave. We only sat there because we paid already in the app. After getting the food, the fries are old and nasty. The nuggets are under cooked. This is the last time i go to this McDonalds. Its always bad. Either they mess up the food, or your waiting an hour to get it. Go elsewhere!

Your basic McDonald’s, no complaints there. But OMG why is there so much sauce on the burgers? Everytime I order a burger (Big Mac or Quarter Pounder) it’s so saucy you can’t taste anything else.

I ordered the chicken Big Mac meal mouth watering at work on a 16hr shift as you can see by the calendar on the desk, starving couldn’t wait to get my food I was so excited as you see the bite from the sandwich and French fry set up! Long and behold I go to pick up for the next bite and it’s a long curly piece nasty disgusting unsanitary no excuse piece of hair in my sandwich made with it! Like what! Huh! Nasty! Why?!? Where is the hair nets?!? Never again and they can try to deny it because I have the receipt with date and time location included

Can’t fulfill the simplest requests.
Asked for my sandwiches with no lettuce. Said no lettuce on the tag on the wrapper. Still has lettuce.

If i can give this place a negative star I would. Sat in drive-thru for 25 min listening to the people have a conversation inside with cars waiting behind me to order. A guy comes outside to tell me that they are closed at 9:45p.m. at night. I look up the hours for this location and it says they close at 11:30p.m. this has to be the worst location in NJ. Won’t be going back. I hope they close down.

Hubby comes here and enjoys it. The staff here are friendly. The drive through line can be long at times but it’s relaxing inside to sit as well. There is a few large screens to order food from inside. There’s even a cool childrens area inside where kids can play a floor video game! I’ve never seen that before so that’s a cool touch.
