First time at this location, and I was pleasantly surprised to find easy parking. They are connected to Jimmy Johns, so parking is available in the front of the building, side, and even back of another building in that same lot. I placed an online pick-up order and arrived right at 12:30 p.m., and it was ready! There was no lunch crowd, and the weather was PERFECT, so I was able to enjoy my lunch on a table in the covered patio. They did have part of the patio uncovered, so I was able to enjoy the breeze come through. It was such a great Friday afternoon lunch. The music was amazing, and I felt the vibes. Everyone was super friendly and efficient, and I will definitely return to this location again.

My wife and I just moved to Charlotte, and this was our first time trying Viva La Chicken. Tamika helped us out and gave some great recommendations! She really went above and beyond to make our first visit a great one. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the prices were just right. We’ll definitely be back for round two!

The chicken was cooked well, wish it was more flavorful. The plantains were amazing and fried rice was great! The sauces (mild and medium) were bland to me. The churros best I ever had. Staff was friendly.

Our first time at Viva Chicken and it did not disappoint. Lauren was so excited that it was our first visit that she came from around the counter and walked us through the menu. Shared some fan favorites and her own for recommendations. A little wait time so they gave us a $10 gift card! Oh and the food is really good too!!

This place is overrated for sure. The young lady working to register was very dismissive seem like she didn’t want me there that’s the kinda energy you get from her but either way that’s her vibe soooo…I got a viva salad that cost $9 and it was far far far from worth it the vinegar dressing was the high light of the dish and the $ 11 chicken with rice and fries , the rice and fries was not fresh but the chicken undercooked and was slimy not for my liking For This place to be called viva chicken is outrageous should be viva sides . I seen a mother and daughter come in and both had burritos they looked way better than the chicken I had …but they still left half they food on the table so it was to much food or not good either . The rating of 4.9 is what got me here but this has to be manipulated by the workers or owner because ain’t no way they should have that high of a score . 3.8 at the most but 1.5 in my first experience oh yea that green sauce tasted like water and cilantro not good …Food is definitely not made to order looks nice but it’s Luke warm to touch . Guess you have to tell them I want my food fresh but the sign outside says hottest freshest chicken that is a serious lie I replied false advertising
