Their drive thru has been fast and efficient, service was great! Very good job ladies! But make sure to check your food before you leave the drive thru line, especially when they’re very busy. The restaurant is generally clean, kiosk can be a bit tricky for people who aren’t tech savvy. I personally don’t have any problems using it tho.

I went on Sunday 02/01/26 around 5:00pm to enjoy my dinner and one of the Managers there female with ponytail , yelled to some teenagers that where asking her a question and I hear her yell at them “you need to wait!” along with other words ,As a mom I was really upset to hear her scream at them like that. This manager needs more training on customer service or needs to be let go! I wish I could have recorded .

This workers at this location are great, super friendly and accommodating but my orders are ALWAYS messed up. Fortunately, it’s always been small $1 and $2 errors but every time I go and I’m missing an item, I wish I recorded it so I could total it. This morning it was my hash brown. My glorious, crisp and hot hash brown that I was looking forward to on my commute. If you order pickup or drive thru, check your order before you leave! 9 times out of 10, something is missing.

The restaurant is remodeling, dining area temporarily closed. It is only accepting drive through. The drive through device is old, not clear and no menus. The drive through is too narrow. Limited parking space.

It’s a nice and clean resto. The staffs are fast and helpful. They also have self-order using touch screen. However, this machine does not allow us to notify the staffs to have our fries well done. A good area to improve is the entrance. They should have the “Keep Clear” sign so that the drive-through cars won’t stop in the middle of the entering pedestrians.

Poor service! Placed mobile order 40 min ago and after being in a long line at the drive through lane, the employee from the other side took forever to respond and said give me a few min … then it was dead silence for another 2-3 min … the cars behind mine became more and more and people started to honk .. I drove to the window and explained the situation and provided my order code, the rep at the window informed me I would need to go around and get back in line to the drive-thru lane or go inside to the counter. I parked, went inside the counter, the lady advised me I will need to go back to the drive-thru lane, they can’t take the mobile order already placed inside. I told her that contradicted with the instruction her coworker at the window just advised me. The guy was next to her and remained silence. After a few arguments, she said okay she will input my order for me. Up to this point, there wasn’t a single apology for the LONG -WAIT or the inconvenience. A few minutes went by, she came back and informed me my sweet tea order was cancelled not on their list. I showed her the order receipt list from my phone, it was clearly on there and paid for already thru the linked credit card thru the mobile app. Finally a manager came over, validated the order and apologized. They turned their back at you with no eye contacts. Worst McDonald’s experience ever!!!! I will never revisit this location! Very disappointing! I would give negative star if I could but unfortunately Google review’s default is 1 star.

Cranky, lethargic, lazy employee that just stood there standing there staring at some sort of cup machine like as if he was in some sort of hypnotized trance. And how dare I interrupt him for just standing there and staring at the machine doing nothing but just being friendly and saying hello. He got so unreasonably angry and demanded if I needed anything in a questioning tone. Obviously I ordered something in the drive thru so I answered yes that I was just waiting for my order however I just pulled up so they can take their time. He just answered Oh in a very annoyed tone and snapped his head back and stomped away. Disappeared for a while and lapped back later towards the end of the transaction. This was literally the worst service I ever had. I never had such an aggressive encounter with such a bad attitude. I was not loitering I paid over $20 for my order, in the drive thru. Such a bad, unprofessional, unhappy, disrespectful employee. The shamrock Oreo McFlurry was ok there was an unappetizing look to it and it was pretty melted by the time I received it. The other items looked ok. My McFlurry was pretty melted and the Reciept doesn’t print clearly.

Now after the new decoration, it is really inconvenient. You have to call the waiter to add water. They are basically busy and have no free time! Ordering is very slow! It’s much colder than before 1/15Today, an old waiter was rude and impatient to deal with the problem. I was ordering food and he was talking to someone else.

6/24 /2025 A single box of large French fries is almost this size, and I don’t think it should exist.

Lol rushed food, but wasn’t even busy there today. Looks like this place needs an audit and quality inspection soon. At least the cheese made it on to the bun, almost made it to the center. Update:Aug 9 next day, woke up middle of night in pain, and sure enough, spent some time on the toilet. Place needs to be closed down or hire better workers that actually care about the food that goes into people stomach.
