I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes to place an order and to get it. I told them I wanted 3 extra sauces of both flavors I requested. Imagine to my surprise when I got my food, I thought I saw everything and asked if they added the extra sauces, and they told me it is 50 cents for each sauce, I told them I knew that, which is why I said something when I was ordering. Then after I got my kids from school I noticed their burgers were not in the bags. I called the store over and over for 20 minutes, with no answer, got to the location to see there is no one insure or outside, but they couldn’t answer my call. Not a fan, this location has always gotten my order wrong.

It’s pretty rough. The location is clean. The food is on par. The service team ain’t having it, though. They’re nice enough, just not in a hurry. I’m pretty sure they’re accustomed to making pickup orders only. I waited with others. Some guy in the drive through left to go next door.

Food was typical of a Wendy’s, but unfortunately all the workers didnt not speak English and apon walking in the store I was greeted with very loud Spanish rap music and was not attended to until I spoke up about ordering which was very difficult being all the workers here at this location did not speak English. I would recommend heading to a different wendys or bringing along a translator which is very sad that you would do so just to irder your family a simple burger meal. I was just there. The employee at the drive thru asked me if I wanted to upgrade to a large combo to which I replied NO. Of course she doesn’t give me the receipt and I have to ask for it and I come to find out she charged me for a large combo. This is unacceptable. If the customer says no to upgrading to a large combo you have no right to ring me up for a large. This is theft and terrible customer service.

Beware of this teenage run store. You won’t get good customer service. Quality of fries is HORRIBLE. I think they make the fries early in the morning and sell them throughout the day. At least that’s what it taste like.

Horrible service sat in drive thru for aver waiting for my food when I finely got it it was the French fries war cold asked for litte sauces on my burger thay put extra in it. Very desperate won’t go back to this location.

Tasty food. Fast and friendly service. I was surprised to see a new breakfast menu or maybe I just haven’t been to a Wendy’s in a while. I appreciate they didn’t get frustrated with my request for a fresh chicken sandwich to be dropped for my spicy chicken sandwich. The manager even brought it out. Hit the spot.

I am begrudgingly writing this review because the manager and staff tend to be kind and doing their best. I feel there is little hope for this location however. I have had many issues primarily with their fries. They keep refrying old fries and giving them as fresh food. Which at first look you can tell is not the case. They are soaked in oil with a taste so old.. they do a decent job on their sandwiches but with how many times I have called and talked to the manager, submitted complaints to corporate nothing changes.

Couldn’t hear the lady through the drive through speaker and had to repeat myself multiple times. Fried overcooked with no salt and burger was thrown together like it got taken to pound town by the workers in the back. Don’t go to this location
