Every-time I come here the wait times ridiculous. I mobile Everytime and we always have to pull through and wait 30 min. I sat at the speaker box for 15 minutes without a word being said while the other lane was taking one car after another. After talking to the guy at the window about how nobody answered so I figured I would just give my code at the window he said under no circumstance should I drive past and i would have to wait again. I pulled up to the second window and they had me wait another 10 minutes! I’m never coming back. Absolutely ridiculous

They tell me they charge for ketchup packets for the fries in a happy meal because I was already getting one dipping sauce with the nuggets so ketchup is a second dipping sauce. What a joke. I sent an email to corporate customer service to see why they’re charging for ketchup.

This location seriously cannot cook to save their lives. Fries soggy before I even made it home, Diet Coke was watered down by the time I got it, food inedible it tastes so off. Idk what’s going on but it’s gross. Not to mention they don’t know how to take orders at two separate lanes. At that point just close one if you’re going to take multiple cars before the opposite speaker.

Ive never had a problem with this location in the drive thru but we decided to dine in today for breakfast. The iced coffee was extremely bitter and nasty. I asked kelly for a cup to split it with my daughter and for some sugar to make it taste better. Kelly was really rude about giving us a cup. Mcdonalds is a million dollar business and I spend a lot of money here personally. Mcdonalds can afford to give a paying customer a cup without an attitude. Mcdonalds has seemed to lost sight of customer service in these current years. Theres too many other options out there to recieve bad service over a cup.
