Kizuki Ramen’s philosophy is to serve the most traditional, authentic and delicious Japanese ramen that you can possibly have without actually flying to Japan. Kizuki’s food is still prepared the same way as it is in Japan; utilizing an unique method of roasting bones before boiling. Similar to the French style of making consomme, they were the first in the Japanese ramen industry to employ this method. The result is a rich, flavorful broth that is fragrant, and full of depth. Devoted to replicating the incredible flavor of traditional Japanese ramen, if equal substitutes for ingredients are not found within the country, Kizuki Ramen imports the ingredients directly from Japan.
Hip venue serving Japanese noodle soups & small plates, plus whiskey, sake & beer amid artful decor.

The vibe you used to see from staff before the pandemic is no longer there. We wonder if constant staff change is the reason.
Lighting is faily sufficient and balanced verse other places are being too dim or being overly relay on ShowLights or bright LED
Portion control is good!
This restaurant advertises a vegan ramen special, but the staff could not reliably identify what was vegan or egg-free. I am severely allergic to eggs and explained this multiple times. After a long discussion, I was told I could substitute kale noodles to make the ramen safe. My husband ordered the same dish.
Both bowls arrived with egg noodles.
That error alone makes this place unsafe. On top of that, the ramen was bland and completely flavorless. At checkout, the server offered to ask about a discount due to the allergy mistake and was told “No” by her management. The total cost of the bill was outrageous given the experience and low food quality.
Misleading menu, poor allergen handling, bad food, and zero accountability. Avoid.
We ordered a vegetarian ramen, garlic tonkatsu with pork belly and potato croquettes between the two of us and it was a lot of food for me. I ended up taking half my ramen as takeaway (and it kept very well till the next day).
The food here is really good – the ramen is flavorful, but it’s the potato croquettes that are really the star. The sauce that is drizzled over it adds such a lovely flavor that I could’ve eaten multiple plates of just this.
