I come here all the time. The coffee is hit or miss. It depends who is working and who takes your order to determine if your coffee will be correct or not. Most of the time the coffee is good but there are those few times where the order is extremely messed up. I found hair in my coffee today. This is extremely disgusting and sickening. They don’t use hair nets?!

I just placed a donation order through Dordash, of which some arrived THAT I DID NOT ORDER! In addition to being OLD AND HARD!!!! It’s the second time I’ve ordered here and I decided to give it a chance but it was an absolute mistake. I DEMAND THAT THEY DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I HAVE A TERRIBLE IMAGE OF THIS BRANCH. 11/18/25 @ approx 10:50pm… Employee was observed conversing with a friend for nearly 15min in the drive-thru… NO OTHER CARS in line… had to get to work, couldn’t wait any longer. Never received my coffee. If there was a large order or you just wanted to talk at least ask the person to pull up so others can be serviced. Awaiting a refund…

Coffee here is better than some of the Dunkin’ near it. It’s in a good and convenient location. Before running errands on the weekends, we do the drive thru to get our coffee. Been here a few times the last few months hoping each time that service would be better next time, but today is the last straw. The people who work the drive thru orders always look so miserable and unhappy. One time this summer, we asked to have munchkins that are not in the cups that they pre-fill because those tend to be all melted and sticky. What we got? Munchkins that were in a bag that were taken from those cups. Melted and super sticky. Today, we had to repeat our orders at least three times. When we got to the window, it was still incomplete. We had to pull up and wait for them to finish the order. I had also ordered an avocado toast (first time). I don’t know how that qualifies as toast when the bread is super cold. Add the cold avocado spread to it and it feels like chewing on ice.

Always a great experience at Dunkin’! The coffee is consistently fresh, and the donuts are always delicious. The staff is friendly and quick, even during busy mornings. Whether I need a morning pick-me-up or a sweet treat later in the day, Dunkin’ never disappoints!

If you want consistently good coffee this is probably the best Dunkin in the area. As someone who usually orders via the app, Lisa and team are always friendly and have my order ready on time.
