Probably the best kbbq I’ve been to so far. Food came out fast. Food was A++. Their KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) side was so crunchy. Our server was very attentive and even the employee who changes the grill plate. Place was spacious. A lot of parking. Bathroom is clean and private.

We stopped this restaurant for a try as it is brand opening and around the area. The restaurant is great with delicious foods and friendly staffs. The atmosphere there is good for people to eat, talk, and relax. There are many parking slots as it is in a mall, so customers do not need to worry about parking issue. In general, everything is great. But we just a bit worry about the floor as it seems slippery somehow when we walk. If you go with elder and kids, just make sure they walk slowly through. Give it a try when you are around the area

Amazing Korean BBQ all-you-can-eat spot! The meats and side dishes were super fresh and flavorful. Loved the taste and variety everything was cooked perfectly. Definitely coming back again!

A much larger area and feels a more open space. It feels like air moves around more freely making it less likely for you to smell after you leave the place haha. Service is great, vege are fresh, so is meat for cooking. Pan chams are on point.

Amar is an excellent server, absolutely astonishing service from start to finish. He was attentive without being intrusive, made great recommendations, and ensured everything arrived quickly and exactly as ordered. It’s rare to feel this well taken care of at a restaurant, and his positive attitude truly elevated the entire experience.

Korean fried chicken IS NOT Korean fried chicken. Corn cheese is dry and has no flavor. Meat quality for beef was so bad. Chicken was dry. Fish cake was hard and rubbery. Service was horrible, they just walk up to and then leave without another word. Tone is horrible. They started eating food before their closing time. I understand that employees have to eat but they have 2 hours to eat and they started at 2:40. All the staff were sitting on the table eating and we sat there for 10 minutes waiting for them to grab the check. Since all the employees get an 18% for the AYCE tip they don’t even bother smiling or provide decent service. Worst money spent.

I had my birthday dinner at Mr Kimchi and it was a great experience. Love the meat qualities and other dishes, taking me back to the days where I lived in Korean for almost 7 years. Amar and Honor gave us excellent services and periodically checking on us if we needed more food or drinks. Definitely will come back here!!

1st time to this new location and love it. Very spacious compare to the Mt. Prospect location. They closed in the middle of the day, so check their hours before coming. It gets very busy after 6:30pm. Once it gets busy, the server became inattentive to our table. It took us around 20 mins just to paid. We got charged twice, because their portable pay machine keep spinning, so the server try to cancel and charge us a second time. We came home and look at our credit card statement the next day and saw the transaction came in twice. We had to call our credit card to have them care of it. This was not the server fault but it does happen, so be careful. We don’t know if the restaurant is aware that they are charging us twice or not. Anyway, other than that, we love the food and this spacious new location.

A friend recommended this place to us, so we decided to give it a try—but unfortunately, it wasn’t for us. We only tried the beef and seafood. The meat was okay, with the bulgogi being decent but not as tender as expected. The spicy octopus and spicy beef were underwhelming. Side dishes were average, but the soups were a major disappointment—both the tofu soup and soybean soup were too salty, to the point where we couldn’t finish even half despite wanting to.
Service was just okay. However, one issue stood out—when clearing our table, a staff member put the uncooked piece of uncooked meat to the cooked meat, which was concerning. Additionally, we ordered soup and a Sprite, but our server forgot. We had to ask another staff member to get the Sprite, and when the bill came, we were charged twice for it.
Would I return? I’ll pass.
