Terrible experience! I visited this McDonald’s in Delaware and was incredibly disappointed. First off, the staff was rude and unprofessional. I waited over 20 minutes for my order, and when I finally got it, my fries were cold and soggy. The burger was dry and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. On top of that, the dining area was dirty, and there was trash all over the floor. I tried to speak to a manager, but they didn’t seem to care at all. Definitely not coming back to this location!

Some of the workers are nice – others could care less about in/store customers. One of the managers is cool. They’ve remade my order before when it was wrong. They finally have a pick-up area for online orders/doordash but let the orders sit on the back counter. It’s often very hard to get their attention/they ignore people at the counter. Good quality is hit or miss. Just a very mid location even on its best days.

Every six months or so, I think I’ll give this McDonald’s another chance, and then they prove to me that they never change and I was foolish to go back. This morning’s drive-thru service managed to give me burritos without hot sauce and oatmeal with no spoon. Always a repellent outcome!

Received a very flat, incredibly dry quarter pounder with cheese at 1045am. Considering lunch begins at 1030 at this location, they must have given me a left over burger from yesterday!! GROSS! The staff here is also very erratic. One day you’ll get the best, the next day you’ll get someone nasty! I don’t recommend!

I used my physical credit card here for the first time and later the same day got fraudulent credit card charges at a smoke shop down the road called Ali Baba, I don’t even live in Delaware. I called the store and a manager named Alex answered, I told him the situation and he said “ok” and hung up on me. Beware using your card here. Now I have to get a new credit card 3 days before Christmas. It’s my first time at this McDonalds and I will never go back. I spent $7 on coffee and got $180 attempted to be stolen from me.

They are definitely incompetent after midnight, seriously they play with folks food and drinks too much at night. Definitely a big difference if you come during the day. I ordered a frappe, & she was too lazy to mix the bowl so all i tasted was smoothie with caramel topping..horrid. Fries weren’t fresh, and neither were the nuggets.

The app was not working properly so I went to the store and encountered Fina behind the counter. The place was packed, she was yelling at everyone and told me that the app is not working because I am the one using it. I have placed multiple app orders with no problem and the issue was with the app. I would recommend staying away from this store and definitely stay away from FINA. She is angry, obnoxious and should be working as a corrections officer, not at a McDonald’s.

They are not putting their Monopoly pieces out. You’re supposed to get it for a large lemonade. They put their lemonades in medium cups so you will not have a Monopoly piece. I had an order with medium fries and a large drink. Only the Big Mac and the drink had a Monopoly piece when the medium fries is supposed to have a Monopoly piece too. Order the day it started a deluxe crispy. It did not have the Monopoly piece like is supposed to on the app. Check your order before you leave. They’re not giving you your Monopoly pieces.

I selected to pick up in the store for my online order. I went inside and they told me I can’t pick up my order and I have to pick it up at the drive thru. I then had to wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes. The app told me I couldn’t cancel my order. This place sucks.
