We walked in, no long wait. I asked about the chicken nugget meal. The cashier answered but I didn’t hear him and I asked again. He was very nice and replied what came with the meal. I ordered the chicken nuggets, fries, soft taco, chicken enchilada burrito and cheese roll up with Baha Blast. Food came out fast, hot and prepared better then I’ve seen at other Taco Bells. Great staff. Helpful, friendly and we enjoyed our visit Saturday Jan 4th. Thank you for doing it better..

First visit in quite some time. Came here for the new nuggets which were great. The place is clean and pretty spacious. The parking lot is tricky to get in and out of. The service was very lackluster as the guy wasn’t that friendly and didn’t seem to be listening.
Overall, a decent experience. Not highly recommended by me but a good place for a quick bite to eat.

Food was cold and horrible. My fries were hard and stale. Poor taste and lack of care. Waste of money. I was actually shocked by the lack of respect when I tried my food. Why would they serve me this old food like it is acceptable. Certainly would not be returning or recommending.

The one star is for the gross bathroom. I did NOT speak to staff; tried to reach corporate on social media and that failed. The women’s bathroom is in dire need of a renovation as clearly the interior stall walls have been removed. And not replaced. There are two toilets in the open room. Two trash receptacles. And the usual single sink. Clearly something drastic was done here and it doesn’t make sense. The room is filthy. It needs a thorough steam clean, not just a mopping. Floor is grimy and trash containers dirty. The bottom of the door is filthy. The dark tiles obscure some of the grime but it’s visible. Drain in floor is really dirty. I would recommend a professional cleaning is needed. And stalls replaced.

Ordered a cheese quesadilla mentioned they’ve been leaving cheese off and skimping so please fill it. They gave me an unheated quesadilla with unmelted cheese. I sent back, explained the issues.. Then they gave me the flattest lacking in cheese quesadillas ever. Pic for reference. This is every time at this location. Employees care more about speed of service than quality of food.

We had a huge order and we even gave them a tip and apologized! They got our whole order completely wrong. And even they even gave us way less food than the price we paid. We went back with the food and receipt, the girl at window gave us so much attitude and she slammed the window every time she went to close it. They redid the order and still left out some items. This is the worst experience. We all work a customer service fast pace job, which is the reason we came to taco… we all got off at 12am so we understand but you would never ever see our company act like that. also Taco Bell isn’t even supposed to accept tips right? And they treated us like we were lying about the order being wrong, the took that bag back so fast. Not to mention they didn’t cook the tortilla and they made the food bad on purpose!

HELL YEAH!!!! I finally got the Mexican Pizza today! Never really had any problems with Taco Bell except for when they removed it from the menu & the long long wait for it to become unsold out from the announcement! Sorry no picture of that item it didn’t make it 5 minutes after I walked out the door! Nacho Bell Grande was the only thing that made it home but not for long…

I’m probably the biggest Taco Bell fanatic you’ll ever meet, but this location suffers from a lack of detail and tonight was the last time I’ll go here. It’s been bad before, but tonight was the last time I give them a chance. When I’m paying 10 dollars for the most basic of combos, I expect there to be enough meat to make a taco a taco. I ordered the Doritos Locos combo with meat and cheese only (which I always repeat to make sure there can be no misunderstanding). Each taco had lettuce, and almost no meat. The shells were stale. I have yet to eat the quesadilla because I pulled over in my car to write this review. Frankly, I want my money back and I intend to avoid this location in the future. They don’t know how to run it.
