This place was FILTHY! No clean place to sit there was a soda spilled at one table that nobody even bothered to clean. Even the bag my food came in had sauce all over it.
I’d recommend the drive thru if they weren’t unbearably slow there too.

Went to Zaxby’s on a Saturday and all I ordered was a kids’ grilled cheese meal and a side of fries. After paying, they asked me to park in the lot, and I ended up waiting 45 minutes for my order. When they finally brought it out, it wasn’t even mine. After handing it back, another employee brought the correct order — but the grilled cheese was burnt, and the cheese wasn’t even melted.
I went inside to request a refund, which they did, but later realized I wasn’t refunded the correct amount. I’m not usually one to complain, but this was a really disappointing experience, especially for something as simple as a grilled cheese.

The place was busy – line of cars wrapped around the store for drive-thru. Another customer inside felt he’d been waiting too long. Isaiah(?) handled the situation professionally. He updated the customer on the status of his order and rather than calling out their name when it was ready, he ran it out to their table.
We see and hear so many negative things about ‘this generation’, I wanted to recognize this positive (IMO) customer service interaction.
I’d expect this young man to go far.

Zaxbys is a hit or miss. Some days it’s great and other days it’s okay. Tonight the food was warm and thrown together. It’s kind of dirty in this establishment. The floors are slippery and there’s caked up dust on the lamps. I see why the drive thru stays packed. The cashiers stay away from the front for long periods of time. They’re not rude, they just don’t check the front. However, a young lady name Kay has great customer service and pays attention to customer requests.

Can’t put lipstick on a pig. A remodel didn’t make this place any faster or more pleasant. Last time no one behind the counter smiled or anything. This time they seem more happy but … slower :/ 1 star.

The food was decent but the service was unprofessional. I been here couple of times, which the customer service fails every time. The staff is rude and has nasty attitudes, even when ordering. HIGHLY recommend going to a different location.

Low attention to detail when preparing food. Burnt buns for nibblers. Don’t mind the slow service if it’s right. But slow and wrong is not okay. Time for this Zaxbys to get better not worse.

The cashier and runner was polite, however, I placed my order in drive thru and they parked me so they could “cook” my sandwich. 20 minutes later they brought me a sandwich that was ice cold, fries were also cold. Had to throw the whole meal away. There was also grass in my daughter’s chicken finger plate, which was also cold

First time eating here. The salad was absolutely delicious despite having a few wilted leafs and being a little warm temperature wise. I don’t drink soda so opted for water. The ice machine and water machine was really gross and dirty. We were there right as we opened. Chicken was fresh and tasted great.

we waited for 50 minutes to get our orders and other people came way after us and got their orders first. they were just talking the whole time and we kindly asked many times if they could get started on ours and they just kept postponing our orders. i am very disappointed and still hungry.
