Ordered on the app, got a double quarter meal. My burger was pink on the inside, and yea I get it a little pink never hurt anyone. But the top patty was the pinkest I’ve EVER gotten from McDonalds in my lifetime. I had food poisoning earlier this year (not from McDonalds), and I’d rather not experience that again anytime soon….very disappointed as I’d just gotten off work and this was first thing I’ve eaten all day

Consistently had issues with McDonald’s. We placed two online orders on two separate days on the app. Neither one went to the store, but we still got charged. We did the reporting, and even though we sent all of the info they CLOSED IT WITHOUT RETURNING OUR MONEY. In store can’t help apparently, and their App Customer Service has been ATROCIOUS.
Also, the local owners said the Holiday Pies were available at ALL their locations on Nov 7th. Our location has consistently said they haven’t gotten them yet and won’t until later. What’s up with that? We have frequented McDonalds, but at this point it’s not worth the hassle.

The soda was not good. It was dirty. It stank. They do not clean the tables. They don’t dont give you your whole order at once. They did not have all the drinks filled.

I ordered breakfast via the mobile app at 10:20, I arrived at the restaurant before 10:30 to pick it up and they told me they weren’t serving breakfast anymore. I lost the points I used for the order on the app. They usually get my order right but this experience has cast a very negative light on them.

Every time I come to herrin McDonald’s the food is very sloppy, not well put together and cold. The service is trash. Every time I go through the drive threw, both cashiers are rude and have no common courtesy.

Ordered a steak egg and cheese Bagel meal. The Bagel must have been sitting to long because the edges were so hard thought I chipped a tooth bitting into it. It tasted horrible. 6:30 am on 12 -3- 2025 visit.

I work midnights and I wanted a burger for dinner so I left to go up there around 10:40. Apparently that was too close to 11 because all I ordered was a McDouble with extra pickles and got basically nothing at all. I’m giving it two stars instead of one because I usually don’t have too many problems with the food or service but this is a bit ridiculous. I realize the employees want to go home but if the lights are on 20 minutes till then the service should be on as well. Otherwise change the policy to shut the drive through down at 10:30 or something.

Bought 6 cheeseburgers they were all moldy and hard. Manager told me she could replace my order. Ew, like I want more moldy food? Idk she was overall rude and this location definitely needs new management and product quality checks. Don’t eat here. Go to Marion or Johnston city.
