My experience at the Popeyes on 75th St in Kenosha was excellent. The restaurant was clean, my order came out fresh and hot, and everything tasted great. The service was fast and organized, even during a busy time.
I also want to give a special compliment to the host, Henglton. He was very kind, polite, and attentive throughout my visit. It made the experience even better to see someone who takes pride in their service and makes customers feel welcome.
Overall, a wonderful visit. I will definitely be back!

Not sure exactly which location it was. I believe one near Sturtevant, Wi. I was picking up an order. When I arrived at around 10:45am. The lobby doors were still locked (sign said lobby open at 10am), which wasn’t a big deal. Once I finally entered the building, I wanted to turn right back around. For a business that opens at 10am, it should have been much cleaner than it was at 10:45am. There was grease all over the doors, garbage (not food) all over the floors, and tables that didn’t look clean. The staff was ok, not rude, nor did they have a sense of what customer service is. I don’t know if they are that under staffed, not held countable for store cleanliness, or just don’t care.
Unless it is another pick up order. I will not be going back.
This location does surprise me. As all the other locations have been up to par in every way.

Today I visited the Kenosha store to get some pregame food. I don’t recall ever walking into a fast food place that seemed more dead. The guy behind the counter ( with the Abe Lincoln beard) barely spoke 5 words. When I went to pay ($65.00) I tried to use a gift card. I asked how to use it. He pointed at the CC machine but offered no assistance. By card didn’t work and still no offer to help. So I paid the entire balance on my CC. No big deal but the sign say great customer service. lol. When we got home we found they managed to get the order wrong. We asked for boneless wings and got bone in. We asked for red beans and rice and they managed to get that wrong. I’d look at my resort see what they rang in, but didn’t get one. Not really sure why these guys come to work if they can’t get and order right and gave horrible service skills.

Placed my order on line and it said it would be available at11:15. Got there the doors were locked and no one was coming to the doors. I walked up to the pickup window the employee was rude and didn’t make any sense. I told him I placed an order online and it would be ready at 11:15. He said he couldn’t do anything for me. The order was for $202 and already paid for online. Finally he let me in. He told me 20 minutes. It was 45 minutes. Then he shorted me 4 sides which I did get only because I demanded my order to be right. I was never offered anything for having to wait so long, discount or anything else for the inconvenience. My company has gone there several times for take out. Am sure I will not ever go into that location again. I’m 64 years old and have gone to a lot of places in my life time. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had. This is also my only negative review I have written on google. All other reviews have been very positive.

Chicken didn’t had no flavor n serving is way less than b4 and costly for a family of 5. Med of 16oz should be filled as of 16oz not half of 16oz but the kids are pretty decent n friendly. Very clean area.

I know this isn’t ALL their fault, but I’ve had an absolutely horrible week and was waiting until Friday to get the new FNAF meal. I said “Can I get the whole Five Nights at Freddy’s meal”. I guess because I didn’t use the word “deluxe” it confused the cashier or something because when I ordered, the total seemed smaller. Once I got to the window I asked “Sorry, does the drink and special biscuit come with the meal or do I have to order that separately?” He confirmed it was separately so I got them. I get home and the fun packaging wasn’t used (maybe they ran out still really sucks with no heads up) and I have a cold plain biscuit. Nothing can be dome about this because it’s limited-time and Popeyes is so far out of the way but I just wanted to complain cause it really ruined my day after everything else had piled on for so long.

I placed a to-go order, got there 30 mins later, AND STILL was told to go to the railing to wait for food which took over 20 minutes. We were left waiting for so long that TWO OTHER CARS had time to go through the ALREADY DEAD drive thru and get their food BEFORE us and still we were left waiting. It got to the point where we were waiting for so long that we ended up going around only to find out that they has FORGOTTEN that they left us at the railing and our food had just been sitting there. Horrible customer service! The only redeeming factor is that they didn’t forget anything in our meal.

This place is horrible! They gave me old dried out chicken. The thigh was black on top. I live in Caledonia the staff said we can exchange it but you must bring it back. Im throwing it in the garbage so no one gets it tomorrow like I did
This so sad there’s no way they didn’t know what they gave me. This is just messed up this was the popeyes on 75th I will never ever go there again nor will I recommend them customer service just gone.

Horrible service! I asked for lots of honey with my chicken. They gave me 3 packets and 15 packets of hot sauce that I never asked for. Time to find a new restaurant.
