If I could bottle up a smell and add it to this review, Riverside Chocolate Factory would get a million stars just for that alone.
Step inside, and you’re instantly transported to chocolate paradise. Every inch of the store is packed with confections, many of them handmade and crafted right on site. And let me tell you: they do not hold back on the caramel or the chocolate. Everything is dipped, coated, and layered to perfection. Pure indulgence.
They have an amazing selection of gift options for just about every occasion and holiday. Good luck picking just one—everything is tempting!
Beyond the chocolates, they serve delicious ice cream, shakes, popcorn, and handmade fudge. My favorite is a banana shake, made with vanilla ice cream and a whole ripe banana—no fake syrups or extracts here. Just fresh, real ingredients. (Can you say potassiYUM?)
It’s a great place to bring the kids for a special treat, too—their eyes light up the moment they step through the door. The staff are friendly and always serve you with a smile, even with summertime lines sometimes wrapping around the building!
There is a nice outdoor garden seating area and plenty of parking, so it’s easy to relax and enjoy your treats when the weather is nice.

Cute little building with a little garden and place to sit and eat your ice cream and treats. Found some hard to find violet candies that I just love. Prices are a little high on some items. For instance, it was about $4 for a box of Gobstoppers that we usually find at the dollar and discount stores. Other than that, people were friendly and helpful and the store was well kept.

They have extra parking by their parking lot near the gas station. Got ice cream then sat in their garden area. My friend got stung by a bee so be careful by the flowers. The ice cream was delicious! The chocolate was a little pricey but looks worth the money.

It’s always a pleasure to visit the Riverside Chocolate Factory. Every employee I’ve met here is so helpful, kind, and patient.
It’s amazing seeing all the rows of different candy and the awesome chocolates and fudge they make in house. If you get a chance to stop in I would get a sampler of a few different flavors of fudge to try and something from the chocolate case like the toffee. They have a great selection of both milk and dark chocolate as well.

I absolutely love Riverside Chocolate Factory and there’s no doubt their chocolate is delicious. However, I’ve been really disappointed with the raspberry and strawberry clusters. On three separate occasions, I’ve bitten into mold. These aren’t inexpensive treats either, which makes it even more frustrating. We always purchase the fresh clusters—not the discounted or older ones—so it’s genuinely disheartening to get home, open the box, and bite into several moldy pieces. I really hope they address this quality issue, because their products are otherwise amazing.

Stopped here after visiting Stade’s farm. Got some delicious caramel apples but the highlight for me was the freshly dipped frozen banana. I had dark chocolate with roasted peanuts oh em gee. So amazing !

I just recently received a pkg of your delicious chocolates… O my! I consider myself a chocoholic, so I enjoy tasting different companies delectables! YOURS WERE BY FAR THE BEST – I have tasted in years. Mu husband selected an almond bar- pretzel twist – coconut haystack – a round choco cookie candy… ALL DARK CHOCOLATE of course! I haven’t eaten it all yet! But ill tell you — IT IS & will be DELICIOUS – REALLY! THANK YOU

Went in looking to get chocolate covered fruit but left with so much more including ice cream cones, which were amazingly good!
