Food was hot and fresh! Drive thru was quick but what really made me leave the review was the service. Parish working the first window in the evening time is great ive already almost made a review before tonight because I believe she deserves to be recognized for her great customer service. But after tonight I had to make one. After I mistakenly forgot to take off the mustard for the kids cheeseburger she caught and and quickly relayed the information to her team and got it fixed she’s always very nice and does a great job! She really saved my night and there’s! Thank yall for the great service. Also I go here alot in the morning the crew in the morning is always amazing and food always hot and fresh!

I don’t know about y’all but we have been wearing them $5 meal deals out of course now they are $6 so this McDonald’s along with at least one others in Greenwood no longer have drinks to refill yourself so you have to go back to the counter which is kind of a headache. This location stays somewhat busy but it was nice everything was clean I have no complaints and best of all chicken nuggets yay

Placed an order, waited close to an hour before receiving half of it. We spoke to 4 different people to check on my order and no one knew what was going on. To say that it was a mess and that they were unorganized is an understatement. After about 45, part of my meal had been sitting on the counter for so long that we did not want it. We also did not want to wait so long for them to remake the order or wait for the rest. We decided to find food elsewhere after kindly notifying them that we will not be picking up our order and will go about doing a refund. Getting a refund was a different nightmare. The General Manager was very difficult to work with and seemed to change the criteria needed for a refund. She also insisted that the refund must be done on the McDonald’s app rather than at the store. When I asked her where on the app it was located at, she was unable to guide me to it. The app specifically states that you must contact or visit the location. Finally, after submitting multiple requests, someone from HR was kind enough to come down to Greenwood and issue a refund with no issues.

This location is the worst McDonalds in the area. The last four visits here, my family has been shorted food. I do not understand how a company can habitually short orders but never have errors with extra food. Tonight I ordered curbside thinking it would be more accurate. I waited in my parking spot for over 20 minutes. Finally, I inquired in the drive thru. I told the girl to please recheck my order. Of course, this order was short too.. This location owes me several hundred dollars over the past few years. Who wants to complain and drive back and get what they were cheated out of? The order before this was an entire Happy Meal. No wonder they stay in business! This was my last visit to this place.

Ordered pancakes only got 1 syrup and no butter. They told me that you have to buy more syrup. I bought two more only got the two I purches. Food was cold attitude from the girl. It was awful today around 4. We pull up and they take 2 car orders before taking our lane. Then when we pulled up to the food window they handed the 4 drinks and we ask what drink is what and 2 workers said oh we dont know. Now thats not good for my aunt who is with us and has diabetes is it. Then we were asked to pull up and sit and wait and waited for a good 15 minutes. Not happy at all. Thankfully I could figure out what drink was my aunt.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Ordered a McCrispy sandwich, opened it up it was burnt. Went back to get a fresh one, was asked to pull up by the door. Waited at least 15-20 minutes, went back around to the drive thru was told that they haven’t made it but that once I get to the window I’ll have it. I knew that was a lie. Once I got to the window I could hear one of the chaps saying,”why did you lie to her” Very unprofessional. I warn you to not go to this restaurant.

I’ve been a Google guide for a very long time yet I have NEVER seen a McDonald’s this disgusting. Couldn’t find a clean table. Even the ones marked sanitized were clearly not even wiped down. Normally I’d say they were understaffed or they were very busy but we were the only ones in the store. The floors were extremely dirty and you could see the grease on it. We are fairly new to the area. Our first time here. What has happened to inspections for cleanliness???? Not a health inspector but if I were I’d shut it down.

Only went in to purchase Monopoly items. Used the kiosk to choose specifically identified items. Got home to find 3 out of 4 items were missing Monopoly pieces.
