Food was quite good, once I actually got it. I did a mobile order for a pickup at 12:15pm at 11:27 am and went to pick up my order and it wasn’t ready at that time. I only get 30 minutes for lunch so it’s important that my order is ready when I expect it. Otherwise what is the point of doing a mobile order. Then while I waited at the counter to inquire about my order, I was ignored, and I wasn’t the only customer being ignored. I asked for #6 with a Mountain Dew. On the menu its the SUPREME Doritos cheesy tacos. Then I get asked if I want it supreme and what to drink. I literally said it when I ordered my food. I get my order first taco I pull out has no cheese, three tomatoes on one side, meat on right side of taco and sour cream on left side with lettuce overflowing a broken in half taco. I have pictures. Why in the world would I want the same place remaking my food when they couldn’t get one simple thing right. Then a worker answered the phone I asked to speak with a manager. She said hold on and comes right back on the phone saying she is the manager. There is no reason why food comes out like this. Last time I came here I got a Crunchwrap and they didn’t put no taco meat on there. Even tho these kids are able to work doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be supervised. When you are a food business, food should NOT being coming out like this. Sounds like Megan needs to get her workers under control.

My nachos was cold they wasn’t even a tad bit warm They also gave me like the bottom of the nacho bag tons of little tiny pieces all over barely any large nacho chips. It’s ridiculous. This looks like something a five-year-old made, so that was disappointing also ordered a cherry Pepsi with my meal and when I got home took a sip I realized it was diet and it even has a diet marked on the lid. How do they not get that right so somebody out there is missing their diet Pepsi and they have my cherry Pepsi now that I’m home, I don’t wanna go all the way back to the store for a damn cherry Pepsi that I paid money for. It’s ridiculous. Every time I go there something is wrong. That’s why I rarely go there! Cost me $10 for this crap come on do better was not worth the money at all Not to mention, I don’t even have a drink. I don’t drink diet Pepsi. I can’t have the aspartame that’s in it! Also, when I called to complain, you can’t get through, It’s as if they know they’re gonna get a lot of complaints so they take the phone off the hook. It immediately goes to busy. Thanks for nothing I think I’ve had my fill of Taco Bell and I will not be returning!

It states online that the dining hall is open. This is not true. The three times I have been here the door was closed. One time there was a kid smoking in the dining area. It almost looked like he was smoking a blunt. Told me the first time that it would take 15 minute to get to my order. Second time was a little better but the drive through is very slow. They did get my order correct.

They upcharge when they force you to get drinks that you’d not normally get because they don’t ” have carbonated drinks.”

$2.19 stacker was stacked with meat/cheese, but the $6.49 crunchwrap supreme had almost nothing but lettuce and tomatoes, interesting. I’m in for 3 stackers next time.

I placed a mobile order to be picked up inside because I also had a coupon for a free taco I wanted to use. I came inside and after standing at the mobile order pick up shelf for 10 minutes being ignored and listening to a worker complain about his life problems, I heard “mobile order for Laura” and watched them throw my bag of food on the counter for the drive thru. Actually throw my bag. I tried to get their attention and was still ignored. So I went through the drive thru to pick up my order and I asked to order a crunchy taco and told them about my coupon to which he had an attitude saying I should have come inside to use the coupon.
