Their hours say 5:00 am open which is not true. They are never open at 5:00 am. You never know when they will open. Management could improve business by posting true and accurate hours of operation. The fries are never fresh and hot. The burgers and chicken barely warm. The drive thru takes forever and many times the order is incorrect. The workers try their best; however, owner and managers really need to improve overall food quality and customer service. The food is way too expensive for the poor quality service and food.

Debbie was doing an excellent job keeping the dining area clean on 8/14/25. The cleanest I’ve seen it in multiple visits for months. My double filet o fish with extra tartar was made fast and delicious. Kudos for the excellent service.

Horrible. Food was tossed into our bag, forgotten items, cold food, and BOTH of my chicken sandwiches had cartilage in them. And we were the only car in the drive thru, with no cars in the parking lot. It’s been 30 minutes and I’ve already complained to corporate.

The employees of the place act like they hate you, straight up. I try my hardest to be pleasant and nice and even tip when fast food employees are especially nice or helpful. But the employees at this McDonald’s are so disdainful and unhelpful that it’s like they do NOT want your business. I wouldn’t say to steer clear, but I’d ask them to please emphasize to their employees how to be courteous to their customers.

Used a reward from the app to order a 20 pc nugget for my wife and asked three separate times for honey mustard as she is allergic to high fructose corn syrup which is in every sauce except honey mustard. When I got to my destination and opened the bag, they had given me a 4 pc chicken strip and 4 tangy bbq sauces. I tried to call to let them know, but nobody picked up.
