My family and I come to this location ALOT because it’s close to home. Walking in the door there was no greeter so my family and I stood there for about 15-19 minutes waiting to be greeted. Once we were sat, it was about another 15 minutes just to order. The server “Luz” took our order and at that time we ordered both drinks and meals cause we waited long enough and just want to eat. It was another 20 minutes just for our 3 drinks to come out. Our server never came back to the table at all! When the food was ready, some guy with a grey hooded sweatshirt carrying our food tramples in his arms came to our table. Didn’t know who this guy was. No type of uniform identifying him as an employee. And it was completely unsanitary. The quality of this restaurant has failed. Completely. the service is sometimey. Must I say again my dish was dirty! I ordered burger and fries and don’t know what this brown stuff is on my plate. So definitely will have to take a longer drive next time cause this was the worse service ever and I won’t be returning! Mind you waited all this time for a raw burger so I won’t be eating unfortunately!!!!

Waited to get seated but was informed of the wait, much appreciated. After the wait to be seated, the server came up and introduced himself and took order. The drinks was served quickly. The food took like 20-25 mins but it was weekend, could have have been quicker. Quality of food was good, cant complain. Nice job, see a difference from my previous visit.

Dude, where do I even begin. I was coming to this place to get some mediocre food at best. And I left thinking Gordon Ramsay was in the back wippin up sum really fluffy big flapjacks. I loved every second of this experience. If you’re even remotely thinking about coming here, it’s a good desiscion tjat you do. Also, very bouncy cushions.

Walked in and took time to be seated. Sat for 30 mins before getting a server to take order and waters. Once we ordered took a long time to get food just for it to be wrong. We even pointed at the items on the menu to make sure when ordering. All of this while there were max 7 more tables. Also noticed 3 tables had complained of things being added to their checks or not brought to their table and still added to the bill. Useless staff.

*Disappointing Experience at IHOP concord pike Wilmington *
I walked in at 8:30 PM—well within their posted hours—only to be told they were only taking *to-go* orders. Why? Because the floors were already mopped and the staff had clearly decided to start closing early. There was still 1.5 hours until official closing time. What’s the point of having set restaurant hours if they’re not honored? It felt like pure laziness and disregard for customers who actually show up to dine in. Very disappointing.

You would think that the best item to order at an IHop would be the pancakes and maybe at a different restaurant that would be true. I visited this restaurant on 12/10/25 and ordered breakfast meat sampler that comes with a short stack. When the order finally arrived, the pancakes were so cold the butter wouldn’t begin to melt. I don’t send food back because I know what might happen to the next dish they send back out to me.

I had to pay my check with the cashier up front only the cashier was not there, and the servers said they weren’t allowed to take the money. One of the servers said the cashier was in the back doing ‘double duty’ but I guess never bothered to tell the cashier I was out there. I waited patiently but no cashier in sight. A customer was sitting in the lobby waiting on a friend to join him for breakfast. We spoke and he suggested I just leave without paying.

After another 5 minutes, I walked up to a server and said I was leaving because no one would take my money. He immediately went in the back to tell someone, yet I still waited. Finally, after another 5 minutes, the cashier appeared, didn’t apologize or anything, and just took my money for the check.

I would starve first before I went back to this excuse of an IHOP.

This has to be a joke or an attempt to draw a false advertising lawsuit. Ordered a shortstack of their Coffee Cake pancakes to-go and this was what I opened when I got back home. I’ve never seen anything that’s strayed so far from what was advertised. IHOP needs to close this franchisee, they’re an absolute embarrassment for the brand.

We came here on 1/10/26 at 11:20 AM. Luckily, we were seated rather quickly, however, it took 10-15 minutes for us to initially get served when it wasn’t crowded. Once we got our drinks and ordered food, it took another 25 minutes for us to receive it. We also requested bottomless pancakes but left because they were taking too long.
When we went to pay, the waitress gave us an attitude saying that we couldn’t use our in-app coupon since kids don’t eat free on the weekends. After a talk with the manager, we were able to use the coupon but the experience was just crappy overall.
