My family and I decided to stop by Smashburger for lunch since we always pass by and had never been. We started by reviewing the menu, and the staff was incredibly helpful in answering our questions. I signed up for their rewards program and placed my order through their website.
The menu had a lot of customization options, but a lot of those options were not available on the website . There wasn’t an option to type in comments, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the manager was understanding and allowed us to add additional customization once we placed our order.
I ordered a big, messy burger, and it was exactly what I wanted. Everyone else in my family also enjoyed their meals. The food was so delicious that I didn’t even get a chance to take a picture of everyone’s food.
Overall, I had a great experience at Smashburger. I would definitely come back again.

Needed a burger fix, so decided to try smash burger as a tourist. Greasy and satisfying. Went for the shake since I am already adding an insane amount of calories. Brussel sprouts were a nice compliment to the burger and shake. Tastes like a burger but unfortunately forgettable. Whataburger is still my go to.

First time here and had a great experience. Gentleman at the counter was welcoming and friendly. Burgers were delicious! Highly recommend the Classic and if you like bacon get the Double Bacon Burger. Bathrooms are Bucees clean. 12/10 will come back!

First time at this Spring TX location and I must say when I first entered I noticed how clean it was. They were quick to get our order with also giving recommendations which is always a big plus! The food came out very quickly and was cooked to absolute perfection. I got the Double Spicy Jalapeño Smash and it had the kick you wanted but not over the top. Super juicy and the cheese was melted perfect. The smash fries were also something to write home about as they were cooked perfectly with that exact level of crispiness that you want. If looking for a great place to go on your lunch hour or for dinner then definitely go there. Def 6 out of 5!

One star – total disappointment. I was a big fan of Smashburger until recently. Moved to Spring, TX area from the East Coast where I frequently visited Smashburger. Ate at this location today and based on the food, SMH, my family agrees, we will not eat here again. Sloppy, Sloppy burgers and no excuse. Only one other person ordering with three people cooking.

I ate lunch at this establishment. I walked in and it was very clean. I was impressed with how clean it was compared to other places to eat in the area. I was treated with a smile and quickly felt welcome. My order came out quickly and everything was correctly made. Abigail at the register was so polite and knowledgeable. Pricing is on the higher side for fast casual, but the food quality mostly justifies it. Burgers taste good and are prepared well. The chicken strips are a standout, crispy, flavorful, and easily the best item ordered.
Cleanliness and staff response were the problem. A German cockroach was visibly crawling on the wall. Staff appeared unfazed. There was no clear apology. One employee attempted to kill it but could not reach it, then moved on. The situation was left unresolved and visibly present.
That single issue overshadowed the meal. Regardless of food quality, a live cockroach in the dining area and a casual staff reaction immediately kills confidence and atmosphere.
Overall: good-tasting food, strong chicken strips, but overpriced for an experience undermined by unacceptable sanitation concerns and poor staff response.

I had a great experience at Smashburger. Abigale was my server and she was awesome. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out quickly and exactly how I ordered it. The food was fresh and hot, and the service made it even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
