Fish by Michelin-starred chef José Andrés, is an upscale experience that remains down-to-earth and welcoming. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a truly innovative meal in a stunning high-design setting. It is the resort’s flagship seafood experience and not to be missed by any aficionados of creative cuisine. It is a great place for special occasions, but you’ll almost certainly want to come back a second time because the large menu is full of temptations.

This place had great food but the service was OUTSTANDING. I have a mixed shellfish allergy and given the theme of this restaurant I was a bit apprehensive about whether I could be accomodated. After speaking with our server Natasha, she had the chef come out to our table so we could further discuss the situation. He was able to make adjustments so my food could be prepared separately with no cross contamination. This resulted in slight delays in our food coming out but I had no issue with that.
With regards to the food, everything was prepared well and it all had bright and well developed flavors. The cheddar biscuits were good, one order was more than enough. My husband tried the fried conch and he was very pleased with the taste and texture (sweet like scallops with a calamari chew. The crab cakes (one of the shellfish I can eat) we’re seasoned really well, but I could still taste the sweetness of the crab. My grouper was absolutely delicious with perfect doneness on the fish, and my husband’s jerk chicken had the perfect level of spice. (I couldn’t eat the chicken because it’s prepared in the same oven as lobsters, Natasha pointed this out and I was thankful she did!) Rounding out the meal was the banana cream pie, an unexpectedly pleasant bite.
This was our first time at the Atlantis in the Bahamas, and this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

Fish is absolutely the best food I’ve had so far at the Atlantis property. We ordered the lobster roll to start which was perfectly flavourful and buttery. The zucchini soup was a bit heavy for a starter as it has crab lump but still very delicious. For mains, the passion fruit grouper was a unique flavour that really worked well together. The branzino was one of the best I’ve ever had, cooked to perfection. Branzino is usually pretty bland, but the combination of the lemony sauce, saltiness and crispy skin really made this dish a stand out. For dessert the peanut butter chocolate tart tasted like an upscale snickers bar. The center is perfectly nougaty, with nuts and Carmel to complement the flavours. Our server Tia was very kind and attentive and helped recommend good sides to pair with the mains and helped pack the leftovers into a box for us to take back. Overall this place has done a really good job with making flavourful dishes. The fish themed decor is also done tastefully and adds to the ambience.

Five stars. And I do not say that lightly because I have high standards and a family to feed.
Let me start with the jerk chicken. It was the perfect amount of spice and smoky flavor. Not so hot that you’re reaching for milk, but enough to make you feel alive. You could actually taste the depth of the seasoning. It wasn’t just heat — it was balanced and intentional. I appreciate that.
The mushrooms were cooked properly (which, surprisingly, is rare these days). Not watery. Not rubbery. Just flavorful and well seasoned. The lobster mac and cheese was rich and creamy with generous pieces of lobster — not the kind where you have to go digging and questioning your life choices.
The biscuits were warm, soft, and clearly made by someone who understands comfort food. And the Caesar salad was crisp, fresh, and dressed appropriately. Not swimming. Just right.
Everything came out hot. The service was attentive. The atmosphere was comfortable without trying too hard. As a mother who rarely gets to sit down and enjoy a meal without reheating it three times, this felt like a small victory.
We will absolutely be back. I’ve already told two other moms.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. Bradley was our server, and he was great. The chef personally came to the table because of my gluten sensitivity and told me about the options. I had the grouper which was absolutely delicious, and my wife had the crabcakes which you could tell had no filler, all crab meat. I had the asparagus for a side dish, which was also grilled and delicious.

Best meal I’ve had in the Bahamas so far. Rib eye steak was cooked to perfection and appreciated it was pre cut so for easy sharing around our table. We also had the grouper, crab cakes, salmon, and lobster roll. Everyone in our party stated that their fish was delicious or even “very delicious.” Very attentive service from the staff. And beautiful restaurant / ambiance. Highly recommend making a reservation if you’re eating for dinner with a group.

From we entered the restaurant, we were greeted pleasantly. Our server, Kendrick, was very professional and knowledgeable. His recommendations and food pairings were top notch. We don’t not feel rushed, which definitely added to the experience. Each send every dish & cocktail was exceptional. The timing for each dish was impeccable

Hermaine T turned our bitterly cold anniversary in Paradise into a warm one. Her service was as outstanding as the food. She went above and beyond to make us feel like family.
Food was FABULOUS as always and never disappoints.
PS pineapple soda is AMAZING!!
Edit: came back a few days later, Natasha B was an amazing server, the Branzino was almost as good as the grouper but NOTHING beats the pineapple soda!!!

This was one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. We ordered one of the tasting menus and it was delicious from start to finish. The ceviche and the grouper were standouts, but every dish was amazing, with varied flavors and sauces. Very highly recommended. Thank you!

THE best restaurant on Paradise Island. Jose knocked it out of the park for my birthday dinner. Totally spectacular! Make reservations in advance because it was tough to get into! As soon as you book your stay make them!!! I tried Jaleo in Orlando and it was epic, but I liked this one even better. Service was top notch! Order the gazpacho and coffee rubbed churrasco like I did and thank me later. *chefs kiss* Thank you Jose for a memorable birthday dinner
