Placed order online and after waiting for 20 minutes they gave me a single patty instead of a double like I payed for also they made the burger with tomatoes and without cheese when the tag clearly says “1 + cheese 1 – tomato”

I just want to say that the young people you got working in there lately are killing it. They have great customer service skills, the food is cooked wonderfully, the sandwiches and sides are all packaged and placed in the bag beautifully. I’m not even joking! I’ve lived in this area for 15 years and this is the best service that Burger King has had. I actually stopped going there for the longest time. These days it’s hard to find a fast food joint that actually puts the effort in. Those employees deserve a raise and praise! Good job to the Burger King crew you guys rock!!! ❤️

I love Burger King but every time I come in here I don’t know if they think that I’m foreign or slow but they take their sweet time taking my order like they will have a full-blown conversation with each other as I’m standing in front of them like I don’t understand what they’re talking about it’s weird and I’ve been coming to this working the majority of my 40 something years of life and yeah that needs to chill out just because you see someone that’s light skin or don’t look like y’all don’t assume that they don’t know what’s going on

This is the second time in a week, I’ve had a rude person and been cut off ordering. Both times the lady taking my order has been rude and short, but this time was the worse. The GM took my order, as i started to order, she basically cut me off, never asked just stated my order to be a medium and to just pull around. Never asked what to drink or anything. The gentleman at the window apologized and asked me what I would like for a drink with my order. Meanwhile I hear the GM-Diane talking loudly about customers and being rude. She’s definitely got some customer service skills that she needs to learn especially as a General Manager. The employees shouldn’t have to apologize for her attitude or mouth. Oh this how my food was in the bag. The fries dumped out, no extra pickles either!

I’d give this place lower stars except that aside from the foolishness that’s going on with the staff, the food is always hot and made fresh. But that’s where it ends. Every. Single. Time. I come here, it’s pull up to the door. I get it. You want to reset the timers to lower your drive thru handling time so management gets their reward and you can take your time with the orders. However, this should not come at the cost of your quality and timeliness. It’s taking 10 minutes to get food because, like tonight, there’s two people in the store making food, two more in the parking lot smoking weed. And the person bringing the food out abandons the customers to join them in conversation. I’ve worked in two McDonald’s and a Checkers in the past so I’m hip to what’s going on. 2 of the last 3 times I’ve been here, this happened. Last time I ordered a double whopper with cheese and got home and had a single with no cheese and made sloppy as all hell. And of course, there’s never a receipt to take the survey or contact management about the issues. This is all by design. Burger King better get it together because I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but your stores are few and far between and other chains are eating your lunch. Soon, you’ll be relegated to the status of Arby’s or Checkers. And think about it…when was the last time you heard someone say they wanted to eat Arby’s or Checkers for lunch or dinner.

Fries were hot, but unsalted. Meat on burgers was cold and 2/3 were missing cheese. Drinks were decent. Onion rings were soggy.
