If you are anywhere near Chittenango, NY… You must stop here for a bite to eat or drinks or both.. The atmosphere is lively and it’s a popular place for the locals. Definitely to become your goto place. Wings are cooked to order…. Never precooked and refrigerated then reheated. I don’t know why restaurants do that. They say to save time but here’s the deal. If I’m ordering wings I know they take time. They definitely do wings, and everything else for that matter, right here… The food is fresh, made to order every time. Awesome. Clam chowder is awesome. Flavorful and full of clams and fresh for crying out loud…. Chef Jordan makes sure of that. She and the currator of the establishment, Shannon, make double sure everything is plated awesome and tastes great. So many choices of fresh cooked grub. Food and drink prices are very reasonable. From time to time there is live music. Perfect place by yourself, to bring a date, or the whole family. An ad on to the complainer who did a 2 star review. Last name grahm… Hey, you being a hot shot review fella and apparently someone who only negatively reviews anything…. Did you even look at your, ordered by phone, meal prior to leaving the establishment? Did you take any responsibility for your purchase. No? You just publicly complain about what went wrong. It appears it’s all you do… I have had dozens upon dozens of meals here…. Any time there is something wrong, if there ever is a time, they immediately make it right. Naaa. You need to take some responsibility for your purchases and for crying out loud, don’t forget to review some good stuff, you complainer.

Garlic parm wings Excellent with grated cheese added extra flavor. Loved the homemade style curly fries,and flavorful burger. Bar was crowded as it 7pm ,but were lucky to get a table and were served rather quickly considering the large crowd of happy customers enjoying the springlike weather. Very attentive and friendly staff. They have a few tables outside available during the summer. Will stop there again!

Visited Shannon’s Place on a Monday evening. I was surprised that there was a nice crowd for a Monday evening. I ordered a few Hazy IPA’s and had an order of extra hot wings. The beer was delicious, the wings were cooked perfectly, but weren’t all that hot.
I loved the atmosphere. There was a variety of bar seating, tables, and high-tops.
It is a relatively small space inside. I really liked the layout, decorations, and warmth of this place.
Recommended to give it a try if you are in the area.
I’ve since been back (Wing night Wednesday) and ordered Hot Garlic snd Medium Cajun. Again, perfectly cooked, and good size wings. The Hot Garlic was absolutely amazing

Happened in here on our way home on a Saturday. What a fun atmosphere… great food, nice beer selection, and a welcoming crowd. SU basketball Game on most TV’s, also Olympics on to enjoy. Really enjoyed our stop, and we’ll definitely be back!!

We came here from a recommendation from a stay at Haven in the wild. We were not disappointed. Shannons is a small pub style place with chef level food(all homemade) and the service is wonderful. Shannon herself took care of us and we learned she was originally from Western New York. We chatted and learned the story behind her now owning this place. All the staff is friendly and the Customers . She had Buffalo Bills decorations which had us feeling right at home. We sat at the bar but she does have quite a few tables for such a small place. Everything was clean with special touches throughout. Thank you Shannon for the hospitality and food! BTW I have Celiac and she could accommodate that too. Five stars!!

We had Take out food for three for the first time. We ordered two cheese burgers and they were Awesome size burgers, piled high with onions, lettuce and huge tomatoes. The burger’s were cooked medium, with delicious curly fries on the side and a pickle!. The kids chicken tenders were very tasty and served with fries and applesauce. Can’t wait to sit down and eat here. A “5” star rating

Good food with excellent service, nice and relaxing atmosphere and very clean. Large TVs with sport channels. Not very noisy and we could talk to hear each other without screaming.
Friendly and helpful team and Shannon came and talk to us as well.
This is second time there and I’d say same if not better than 1st time.
Strongly recommend for a good fish and a large variety of beers on a Friday night. We’ll return to experience other meals as well.

We were visiting family in Chittenango and after spending the morning at the nearby zoo, 7 of us stopped in shortly before they opened for the day. They happily opened early for us and set us up with a table and high chair. They quickly got some food out for the younger kids in our group and we enjoyed our drinks and some of the best wings we’ve had outside of Buffalo. The rest of the food we ordered was outstanding, and the service was quick and friendly. Can’t miss with this place and we will be back next time we’re in town!

Not sure what happened on our second visit here, first time was amazing, service was great and the food was amazing.
Came at 8pm on a Saturday for food after work, sat down and the bartender brought over menus, came back to get our order and totally botched one of the orders. The entire time we were treated like we were a burden that we were there. Assuming because we didn’t buy any alcohol, since the other tables got serviced and beers refilled. Our sodas were not refilled or even offered to be refilled, but the bartender looked at the empty glass when grabbing a plate. That was the 3rd and last time she came over to the table. Bus boy brought our food, one order was supposed to be a salad and it came out as a wrap. We decided to just suck it up and leave it be. Ended up having to goto the bar to get refills, and finally the bill. Barely got a ‘what do you need’ or a thank you, just the card reader placed on the bar in front of me.
Not sure if we’ll be back after this one, unfortunately the service was absolute crap, felt like we were not welcome there. The food we got was decent at least.
