This place used to be pretty good years ago before they remodeled it. I remember the days when you got in line at Wendy’s and someone would yell out “one guest in line” or something like that. Then someone took your order right then! Today I just stood there with a worker with her back to me. She was doing something and another worker saw me and didn’t say anything. I stood there for about two minutes. I was the only one in that place. The music was really loud. It took two times turning it down for me to be comfortable. I’m still the only one in here.

I doordashed 20 nuggets at 2:15 and the order wasn’t competed until 3:15ish, roughly an hour, i called to ask why the long wait and was cut off and told there are only two people, there has been no order with 20 nuggets since she got there but she only got there 20 minutes ago, I tried to explain I wasn’t blamming them just trying to figure out what’s going on, cut off again and told im just repeating myself so its okay that I get cut off. She insisted on me canceling my order, getting a refund and reordering it. I said ill speak to the other manager when they get back from break since it was likely them who made the order. She abruptly hung up on me, and then the order I recieved isn’t even correct. I ordered 2 10 pieces and got a spicy 10 piece and a large fry.

They were out of most beverages. Felt like I was in the ‘hood’ rather than a Wendy’s. Front counter seemed overwhelmed. Delivery driver observation: treated as if they didnt matter. I order a lot of delivery food, so I watch how MY order will be treated.

This is easily one of the worst restaurants ever. I’ve lived near by for most of my life and they never get it right. My burger looked like someone was chewing on the burger and spit it back on the bun. I’ve literally never seen something so disappointing. How completely embarrassing but I’m sure they don’t care.. I wish I could show everyone the picture I have .

I ordered 2 single combos and received 2 jr hamburger combos. The burgers were burnt to a crisp, and the 3 order of fries tasted just like burnt cotton. Waste of $40 bucks. NEVER AGAIN

Evendales location gets worse annually. Apparently there is No standard per Wendys. I only visit this location because its closest to my job for a quick bite. They’ll throw you a cold burger & fries in a jiffy.
