I received two burnt hashbrowns with my order. This is disgusting and completely unacceptable. They should have remade the hashbrowns and asked me to wait. Shame on all of the staff who allowed this to happen. I will think twice before returning to this location.

Got off from a long night at work & placed a lunch order through the app for pickup at the drive through at about 3:53AM some nuggets etc something light. Pulled up at the drive through at about 4:00AM because I know it takes a minute for food preparation. I say to the guy at the drive-thru I have a pickup order, the guy immediately catches an attitude “We’re closed (Sir you guys are open 24 hours?) I rebuttal “the money has already been taken out my account” he says 10 minutes & have me wait for nothing! Nice, This isn’t my first rodeo. But looks like it’ll be my last time there for awhile. Least I’ll get a refund in 2 DAYS!

I went to this location last night with a mobile order and showed up around 3:50am, since it’s 24 hours. They said they were switching from dinner to breakfast and couldn’t give me my mobile order that I ordered 15 minutes prior. They then said it would be cancelled, but come to find out they have to let the system cancel it which takes a few hours, and then held the funds for about 6 hours.
The manager said that they’d have a physical meal voucher for the inconvenience, so I drove out of my way again today, and the woman working asked for my receipt and she had nothing. She was very rude too. I would have come back a 3rd time when that specific manger was there. I shouldn’t have to drive back a third time, terrible customer service.

This os my third time having a horrible experience at this place, if not the fourth one, and I know I’m gonna be told, why would you come back again? , because of the’ doubt benefit, but this is it, that’s my limit and I have to say it.
I know we hire new People in every place, which I understand, they need to be trained and there’s gonna be waiting time I know, because I did it, I’m bartender, server, and for about 14-15 years, I even work for McDonald’s long time ago but there’s not a reason for the new hires to be supervised by somebody else in case if they make an issue or any mistake, every single time that I got an issue it was because of a new hire that’s the reason I didn’t complain so I tried to talk to the managers first time lady was really rude and tell me that she didn’t care if I come back or not so I talked to one of the manager which she was by luck people that I work with long time ago, so that you get tall I didn’t even tell her to be more polite, as far as I know it was not a issue for them, second time they give me completely wrong food I want to try to get it back or change it do you want me to pay for the food that I took which was mine and I didn’t even eat it, I think the trip was only for a drink which I don’t care like I said but this time I got a sandwich and a coffee which I have to say I get it with the app because you know I like that about McDonald’s she was supposed to be two dollars you know I don’t stop McDonald’s every day I don’t eat McDonald’s for a month probably two months so I don’t really know which is a deal you asked for the order she asked me which one I asked for I think she didn’t say anything so she took it I asked for my coffee I specifically eat six sugars I’m sorry six creams treasures I put the mistake you can see what I got a sandwich a black coffee that’s it I pay with my phone because he didn’t know how to get the thing out and I didn’t get my car with me so I drive away didn’t I don’t care get to the gas station try to get gas and I know HR eight dollars for a sandwich and a coffee I wanna go to the place the lady told me well the sandwich is supposed to be five dollars not too well you guys didn’t tell me there’s not on the deal I don’t even know if it is or not and I’m sorry but I’m busy if you want just come back with my money at 9 AM and a really bad way, I know maybe one customer won’t hurt, Because I’m not coming back that’s for sure not anymore but you guys just make sure when you go over there be really patient and keep in mind that if you try to complain for something they’re gonna make it look like you are idiot or you’re the one that make a mistake and if you wanna fix it you have to come back when they are not busy or when they want to take care of you, Because otherwise you will be staying away with an excuse we, are busy, And another thing keep in mind that doesn’t matter which one is the issue doesn’t matter which one is the mistake, you’re gonna be the one to be blamed for and pay for it whether you like it or not, because the answer is going to be, Well what do you want me to do sir I can’t do nothing about it that’s not my problem, that’s not my mistake, You should know that about five dollars or you should know you want what do you want to drink, my last time, or the funniest one, Tell me everything you want on the back because I can’t take care of you in the window and I don’t care if you complain about me or if you come back or not now I’m gonna say it because that’s what they told me The first time, And trust me you can check most of my reviews, which I don’t do a lot, I never given one Star or tried to give me a zero cause I know the service is a hard work, But also know that if you can keep up with it, walk away, Like an old person just tell me one time, A time that I was really mad and I was showing in my face when I was taking care of my customers, He told me, I pay for a service not for a happy face but I don’t wanna see a mad one, I see one everyday on the mirror.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while but recently when I come at night they have one person working and l often have to cancel my order because of long he takes. I came tonight at 12:08am and I had to wait till 12:37am till I just left. I started to say “Hello? Is there anyone there?” and was ignored. There was only one car in line when I came, and after I left he immediately served the next two customers. I dont understand the issue and I feel like I was discriminated upon. I’m extremely upset I wasted my time and gas just to not be served for the third time this week. Come here if you want terrible, slow service that will discriminate upon what customers they will or wont serve and have them waste your gas and time. 0 stars if I could.

Payed almost $8 for a bacon cheeseburger just to have no cheese and bacon that was basically tree bark. The filet o fish was good and coffee. Took about 10+ min to make.

Pulled up at 3:40am they were closed, they pretended no one was there even tho two cars were at the parking lot, I even called a couple times but no answer. After 15-20 mins I saw a worker inside walking and laughing with another person and he then decided to put his headset on just to tell me and probably 6 other cars behind me that they’re closed, everyone left.
