There were 7 of us. 4 stars because the lemon herb chicken bowl was not a bowl — it was a plate with a chicken breast, broccoli and rice all separate on the plate. The sirloin steak was rare when we ordered medium. The bbq chicken stated to be served on a cedar plank was served on a plate. It was very good, just not presented the way it was stated, so not a big deal. The chicken and sausage penne pasta was delicious. The burgers were perfect and huge. The server was polite and efficient.

My mother and I decided to treat ourselves, and boy did Logans accommodate! We each ordered a med-rare Ribeye (my mouth is watering just remembering the flavor) I had a loaded sweet potato and she a loaded baked potato each of us a side salad. Before we received our salads these heavenly freshly-baked rolls were delivered with a slightly sweet and silly salty buttered top. I could have been happy eating just those. However, when we received our steak and bit into the first bite, I melted and chewed very slowly and savored every moment as the flavor and temp were as perfect as they could get. I almost didn’t want to swallow as there was so much flavor still left lol. I could only eat half as I was so full. We took half of our meal home and we’re lucky enough to enjoy it again the next day. It was delish even after reheating! I highly recommend.

We came here for lunch. They gave us 4 menus but we had our kids with us. When asked about kids menus they said, “they were all out”, he gave no explanation and just left. We looked online to see if they had kids options and they did but we had to specifically ask/tell our server to order it. My steamed broccoli was pretty much mush but the chicken and rice was yummy. The place was clean and the server nice.

Stopped in today Friday at 3PM, No beer battered Fish! And know one knew about it… apparently they ran out yesterday and are having troubles with food ordering through corporate 3 people ordered it prior to us and they left because of it, we were not told until well after we placed the order. GM was too busy to come chat so we just paid for what we eat, didn’t even get to eat my steak but we left our server a good tip she was great and honest about the break down. May be another 3 years before we come back.

Ok place to eat. Not as good as it was 10 years ago, you had to wait 45 minutes on a Friday evening. No plenty of seats with limited wait staff. You have to ask the wait staff for any thing they don’t notice that your glass is empty and just walk by. Food taste is going downhill and like most restaurants portions are very small, but prices are higher. The menu is only one page now for dinner items, it used to be 4 pages. Everything gets 5⭐️ today because Jeremy was the best server I have ever had. I was out on a daddy-daughter date with my youngest and he treated her like the Queen of Sheba.

The service he provided was black-tie/white apron level. Our glasses were never empty, neither was the roll basket, he brought “extra croutons” for my caesar salad, and he spoke confidence and positivity into my daughter.

If Jeremy isn’t one of the training servers at this location, then that needs to change immediately.

Dined in here recently on a Saturday night around 7pm for dinner. It was pretty busy when we got there, but really slowed down by the time we ordered. Service was absolutely terrible and I had never been so disrespected by a server until this visit.

Here was our experience:
When our server first came to our table, he started off by saying that the kitchen was “behind” and that our food would probably take 45 minutes or more to come out. Okay, no biggie…we had rolls and ordered an appetizer to start.

When he came back to take our order, he started going off about how annoyed he was and that he was so ready to go home. Like… who does that? We all have bad days, long days, whatever..but I would never go on a rant like that to a customer. Then it all just went downhill from there.

Food actually came out fairly quickly, but he forgot to ring in half of my husband’s order. We never got it until we were waiting for the bill, and it came out incorrectly. He just dropped it off and walked off before we could say anything. Refills on drinks were non existent and we kept having to ask for things multiple times before we finally got them. At one point he was yelling across the restaurant from the kiosk asking what we needed.

We finally got the bill but waited forever for him to come back. I had to call him over to our table. I asked him if we could get the portion of food that he forgot to ring in (that was made incorrectly and delivered to us as we were already done eating) removed, and he immediately got defensive and started a full blown argument with me with a nasty attitude. I finally just decided to ask to speak with a manager and had to ask 3 times before he finally went and grabbed one.

The manager was so sweet and more than made up for the terrible experience. I just wanted the item that he forgot to ring in removed (it was like $7), and she said no problem and apologized for the bad service. She went above and beyond to turn things around. I don’t know the server’s name, but he was wearing knee high swamp boots…lol.

Anyway, food was good, but the server was a lazy jerk and it’ll be awhile before we come back for another try. Thank you to the kind manager who helped to turn the night around, very much appreciated.

Came with four for dinner on a weekday. Our server, Connor, was one of the most professional and attentive I’ve seen in a while. He took very good care of us.

Dining room temperature was comfortable, and country music was low, so talking was easy.

There are specials between 3-6 pm, but you need to ask for that menu. Our food came quickly. Simple, but good. Some sides were missing and I had a gravy for mashed potatoes I didn’t order. It was taken care of quickly when mentioned. Other than that, no issues. We enjoyed our time there.

The parking lot was mostly clear from the snow but sidewalk hadn’t been touched and was very choppy and slippery (Which made no since.) Arrived before noon and the bathroom trash was completely full.
I ordered the coffee and cream NY Strip and it was pretty good. I tried my wife’s Ribeye steak and it was much better. We also had mac and cheese for a side and it was dry. The waiter brought rolls out before the food and they were next to doughy inside. The waiter checked on us but only refilled my drink when I asked. I’d eat here again just wished some things were addressed better.

Went to Logan’s with my uncle for the Wednesday steak dinner as advertised. It was bait and switch on the price. The table was sticky and dirty I had to ask for it to be cleaned. I’m good if I know there’s going to be extra price for sides but when the dinner is advertised as 6oz steak with 2 sides and a drink for $12.99 then that’s the price it should be. I understand if there is additional charge for a premium side but we were told by the waitress all the regular sides were what we could choose from and the premium is a small up charge. We ordered the regular sides but yet were charged for each side. Bringing our bill that would’ve been $12.99 up substantially the bill that should’ve been about 26 plus tax for two ended more like $40 it was a real bait and switch!!
