The food was spot on! The heat was just as ordered! My waitresses Rita was awesome! She had several tables but kept everyone happy and taken care of! I will definitely be back!

I had a terrible experience this afternoon at this location. I was seated in the bar area. The bartender was too busy kee kee kee’n with the bar patrons that it took her 15 minutes to come get my beverage and food order. As I sat there waiting for my food to come, total time of 45 minutes goes by, the bartender came to my table to inform me that her system went down and she had to reboot it and she forgot what I ordered. I am literally sitting across from the bar in direct view of said computer with the system issue and it never shut down. Instead of owning her bs she came to me with a preplanned, fabricated lie and yes, she had yhe audacity to utter the lie out of her mouth to me. I watched this lady joke and giggle with the folks at the bar and it is not crowded in the restaurant at all. I repeated my order to this lady and still had to wait another 35 minutes for my food to arrive. She placed the food in front of me. I had to walk to the bar to ask her, ‘Now that I have waited over an hour to receive my food, am I expected to eat with my hands as well?’ She made a “clutch my pearls” gasp and gave me plastic utensils to eat with. She never came back to ask if I needed a refill or simply place my check on the table. I had yo go to the bar yet again to ask for my check and pay it. I spoke to the manager and explained everything I typed on this review. She asked me, “OH, You already paid. When are you coming back?” I told her in front of the patrons who are now waiting to be seated, ‘I’m not.’ She stated yhat she would “talk to her” however that doesn’t matter to me if she does or doesn’t. I know that my funds will never be spent at this place in any location ever again. Now they can keeee keee keeeee to that.

Me and my husband ate here for the first time! Our waitress was phenomenal. Ms. Rita was nothing short but amazing! Food was seasoned very well and the drinks were awesome as well.

Food was outstanding. Waitress had a great attitude. They staff was really focused on keeping the restaurant clean. It didn’t have that classic seafood restaurant smell. We will be coming back again for sure

Felt welcome as soon as we entered the restaurant. Very relax and not noisy atmosphere. Our waitress was very attentive and prompt. What can I say about the food? It was seasoned and delicious. They were not skimpy with the food. The prices were just right!

Juicy Crab more like Juicy Robbery and I do not mean the prices. The food is fine but the real issue is the area because it genuinely feels unsafe. You spend the whole meal looking over your shoulder instead of enjoying your crab. Walking in and out feels like a survival mission and not a dinner plan. A restaurant experience should not come with fear of getting robbed or caught up in something sketchy. Hard to recommend a place where personal safety is the main concern.

We were one of multiple large parties on a Sunday. The service was a little delayed as expected, but our waitress took care of us and got everyone’s order correct. She also made no fuss about the splitting of the checks.
My father has never been to the restaurant, and he was quite pleased with the flavor and the fact that the waitress gave him a military discount.

Visiting Tennessee, we went to Juicy Crab. We felt somewhat protected, with security driving around and an armed police inside. Our plastic bag was searched for outside drinks ( beauty supple items).?? We were seated. There was a party of 20 in their pajamas carrying each other around on their backs in the restaurant.
I couldn’t focus. I had my food packed. And left. The waiter was good. He got my order wrong, but he was still nice.

My time here was great! The waitresses, Bran and Octavia, were very alert and hospitable. The bar manager Alex is confident and ambitious. Great atmosphere, max 10mins waiting for a delicious hot meal; can’t wait for the bar to open. The prices are… higher than a Captain D’s but worth it (I’m just cheap). I would recommend this place.
