One word…. PLAYGROUND! Every time I have my granddaughter… the first thing she says is “can we go to the duck playground today?” (She thinks the chicken face on the chicken fries is a duck for some reason) The chicken fries along with the mozzarella sticks are always a hit! The kids room is always clean and bright. The service at the counter is always hit or miss but the only thing that really bothers me is when they start sweeping or mopping under and around our table while im still sitting there eating. Prices are reasonable as opposed to some other FF places. We will continue to make this our “date day”.

Service was slow, fries and onion rings were warm-ish. Probably sitting for some time. Definitely seems like half the staff doesn’t want to be there. Should’ve checked reviews before coming. Seems like a lot of people have issues.

I went through the drive thru and when I got my food I checked it and I found a red hair in my fries, and when I looked in I saw an employee with her hair completely down and there was another employee whose hair was barely up it looked like it was just held up with a little blue clip. She was the one who gave me my food I think her name tag said mercy or something with an m. She was extremely rude at the window I asked for a carrier for my drinks and she rolled her eyes and slammed the window, and when she gave me my drinks she just shoved them at me causing me to almost drop them. She then proceeded to slam the window again as I was getting ready to ask for some sauce and just walked away.

I was there for Whopper Wednesday. One of the best Whoppers I’ve had in a long time. Full of lettuce, tomato, onion and mayonnaise. The seating is questionable. The majority of the seats are hard surfaces, a few with padded seats.

Sat in the drive thru for 20mins around 10pm with no one taking orders. Lobby was closed but I check store hours and they were supposed to be open still. No signage posting saying early closure. I called and no one picked up the phone. Pleasure update your hours.

Trying to pick up an online order. The lobby hours says open. But noone is answering the drivethru and the doors are locked. There is a middle aged causian goofball with a mustache inside pretending not to see me. It’s is 10:50 pm on 9/29/2025. please let him know that corporate will be connecting with him tomorrow!

A worker of yours, Jadon, gave me terrible service. He was taking my order and from the bat had a terrible attitude. I respectfully finished giving him my order until I catch a glimpse of him tampering with my food in the back. Please do something about this worker.

Food here has been mostly good, my last visit was a bit slow but the food was all correct and warm. I did however get food poisoning from undercooked chicken nuggets here when they were 10 for $1. They were extremely chewy. Otherwise staff is nice and ready to help.
